Ab76..If you wouldn't mind , could you share your key reason/s for investing here?

My concerns are:

I CEO and his motley crew have driven shareholder value into the ground

2 They have no significant skin in the game!

3 No smart money (major investor building a sizeable stake in ths company) to suggest good things on the way

For the above reasons I will look to dump in the low 20's like GGG . Who has been colourful but equally passionate in trying to assess the reality on the ground.

I tell you what will incentivise these clowns...if they put significant amounts their own and their kids inheritance money into the game. Then watch them trim down their overheads and create an effective management structure!

What I am suggesting is free capitalism that would advocate leadership on merit.

Effective utilisation of resources to produce optimal results and shareholder value.

The danger is that even with, as Sturm said "deeper prospects"...poor management will produce sub-par results...

The equation is simple: Great management of "deeper prospects = Optimal results = Optimal shareholder value!

Look at the lefties like chairman Mao and their cultural revolution and count the millions that died of starvation as a result of mismanagement of resources!

The biggest catalyst for success for this company would be a new competent CEO...that commands respect and faith amongst the existing shareholders and entices further interest amongst new investors!

Having poor or mediocre leadership is a recipe for stagnation and failure!

Unfortunately, some on this board have there heads buried in the sand and hoping for spectacular finds and output to wash out the failures of current leadership...that is a big ask!

We need a mutiny onboard this ship and the masses will not rally until a Fletcher Christian amongst the ranks of key shareholders steps forward !

17:55 ALigator... very good summary and agree that we have been badly let down by Baay and BOD. I have lost count of how many compnies have seen turned around by the right CEO ...who then hires and fires to get the right team behind! As you say we have a bunch of parasites sucking the life blood from this business!
