Hiland, the function of new team with right skill sets would be to optimise the outcome from all the assets currently within TXP !

What is required is a team that does not fudge, fail to deliver, fail on promises and does not stumble over minor hurdles.

I have seen such miracles happen first hand in some of the stocks within my own portfolio.....when the right team is put in charge of underlying quality assets!

Very pleasing to see that the more and more people are coming on board with the realisation:

That It was not the lack of DD that led TXP to such poor health but the cancer that has been slowly and insidiously spreading within TXP operations!

It must be surgically removed for us to stand a chance of surviving back to health!

The momentum is growing, and what a fantastic result it will be if we can put together a surgical team to carry out the necessary operation and bring TXP to health!!!!

As you say John, the pressure may be on PB & others, but like many others here I think he is incapable of delivering optimal returns for this business.

He will continue to wriggle out by pouring excuse over excuse as to why things have not gone to plan!

I think he need to be made fully aware in writing that enough is enough, otherwise an EGM is the best route to turn this ship around towards a better destination.

Please note that I don't follow anyone nor look for support/confirmation on making my investment decisions...the buck rests with me!!!

I totally believe I can make money in this investment from my holding average.

I am grateful to GG for standing up alone and pointing out all the reasons why a change of team is required to optimise the returns on investment.

An example of one of investment in my portfolio:

MTL was moribund and about to go under when a new CEO Darren Bowden was head hunted by Nick Candy to set-up a new team.....in quick time he optimised everything under the sun...even handing over a p60 to the mine cat! MTL began a quick recovery to rude health and the share price has gone through the roof. Other major players are now building staskes in the company...you would be amazed at what you will discover in your research.

TXP is desparate need of an effective CEO & Team that can truly optimise the returns to the benefit of all.

Cannot believe that after all the potential solutions you provided to PB to prevent further dilution ...all he could muster was ...."Buy one share and get one free!" as way of motivating his team !! What planet does he live on !!

Bring on the EGM so that we can remove the dead wood at the heart of this business...It's the only way to accelerate the shareholder value to the benefit all PIs!

What I would say is that there are so many good posters here with varying views that actually add value to the benefit of all, that I would not waste my time responding to the handful of nasty posters on this board, who can barely put together a meaningful sentence!

The filter button provided a good solution and silenced them!

I believe that PIs will gain from being shown all the failings of the current leadership over the years.

Also the view that It could take a long time to get to decent shareholder value if at all with the current crew running the show!!

Not entirely surprised as the current leadership have their heels firmly dug into the ground and failed act on the useful options presented to them!

There are always a few hopeless clowns on boards that for their own personal gains do not want to take positive action, that could open the door to a brighter future for all. Ignore them and use your filter button if necessary - will save you a lot precious time :) !
