I suggest you read Howard Marks ..to understand that all risks surrounding even so called dead cert investments can never understood before, during or even after the final outcome. So it is nonsense to blame anyone else for your decision to invest.

Like every other sensible PI out there who wants to improve the odds of success, we need to be diligent and some of us can clearly see It is time for a change of CEO...someone effective that can unlock the potential shareholder value!

Not once has he put his neck on the line all the way done ( I was going to say boll*cks...but I fear he may be lacking in that department). Cannot believe any executive can be allowed to cause such calamity for the share price. Can someone wake up the the leading shareholders!!! They need to smell the coffee!!!

Would it be helpful if all those that feel cheated by Baays handling of TXP, to demand that the management stop rewartding themselves with free shares while the ship continues to sink and in addition request a new CEO be appointed.....we could all use a set template letter emailed to the relevant

department! Or alternatively, could we send out email to the key shareholders to wake them up to the smaell of the coffee and perhaps they apply pressure to appoint a more effective CEO?

We can't just sit here while the CEO contiues to crucify us!

Lacking in experience in these things so welcome any ideas on moving the needle on TXP ....

I would struggle to imagine that Pete and his merry crew even know the difference between a Bit and a Byte, yet here they are marching into the fog of cutting edge cybersecurity that increasingly require AI to keep up with threats!

With the right CEO and incentive program ...this business coulsd have grown to create shareholder value!

Unless an new effective CEO is put in place, who then gets rid of all the bagage , this company will contiue to stagnate....as the world quickly changes with the exponential AI takeover....Pete and his hapless motley crew would not know what cyber security was even if it came and smacked them in the face!!!

It does not help anyone PI if people put out falsehoods for some ulterior purpose. These boards should be for helpful facts that allow PIs to make sensable decisions.

A company is only as good as it's CEO, the key driver & catalyst.

I think we desperately need a new CEO period!!!

So many examples of how businesses have been turned around by having the right person in the CEO seat!

I think the leading investors need to smell the coffee and find a new CEO to turnaround the fortunes of this business!

The unfortuinate reality is that there is little that we small PI's can do to effect this change.
