@rossanna ...totally agree the CEO must be incentivised/ motivated in alignment with the interests of the shareholders, either with significant skin in the game or put on low salary with the promise of jam tomorrow if the business metrics improve.

It just basic human brain wiring that when you are hungery you move to find food!

He is so well fed on his salary - he is just living the lifestyle at shareholder expense!!!

Why is it that they have not been putting their skin in the game by buying stock? Instead thewy award themselves free stock at our expense.,simply daylight robbery !!!

We need a CEO that CAN DELIVER FOR A £1M PAY PACKET.

For example look at Daren Bowden has done for MTL...absolutley amazing!

He was head hunted by Nick Candy as the major shareholder in MTL to be the new CEO. The old CEO and BOD had almost killed the business over many, many years as the share price plummet over time to the point of going bust. Darren brought the moribund mining wreck back to life with perfect planning and execution !! MTL share price has already produced multi bagger returns for PIs!

Similairly we need some a major shareholder to get a new CEO that can hire and fire the appropriate people.

PB is too cosy and comfortable living the lifestyle and shoud be asked to move on!

I'm confused as to how PB is still captin of the ship when the company share price has done nothing but head south for the past 4 years!

A new CEO with the right game plan can transform the company....so many examples opf this happemnng out there.

You have been shouting of imment take off for so long now on the basisi of the catalysts that you see...are you really expecting us to believe that the market has not disacounted those factors?

Until TXP management appears to show that it can execute and deliver the necessary profitability there will be subdued interest in this stock...the market wants to see the colour of the money!
