He states on the 29 March 2021:

Have been reviewing Gold's technical picture since my 31 Dec 2020 18:22 post..A minor adjustment in outlook to the projected low as $1600 + - £50...but time frame difficult to gauge with any accuracy!
Time to hold your nerve and take the opportunity to get on board the gold train via MTL, whose fundamentals look great for the next couple years as expressed by some savvy investors on the BB.

I have a shade under 6M and have been a LTH, but my money management criteria mean I will not be adding.

Steve888 you are massively lowering the value of the board with your foul language and immature counter arguments...if you don't like the guy simply use your filter option.

I think what is needed is a fair reflection of the company's prospects and ADE has made some good points that help to balance he current hype going around! However, time will be the final arbitrator!

Agree with all the posts by Leehardcastle, Les and others..regarding the fundamental improvements at MTL whilst DB has been in the driving seat!
I have 4.9M of MTL...riding for the long-term, 10-15p at least !
For what it is worth I still hold the view as stated in my post 31 Dec 2020 18:22, that gold is headed for an important low in $1700-1600 range...time to shake out weak hands and take breather before the start of another bull leg with a minimum target of $2400!
The fundamentals of MTL should provide a floor for the SP not too far from where it now!
However, I have no idea what that floor will be when Gold gets down to ~$1600/oz.....Any views would be viewed with interest.

The Gold price seems to heading to complete the picture I painted on the 31 December 20:

"Looking at the technical chart of Gold, it appears to me to be still in a corrective phase and a potential downside target of $1600-1700 remains. The longer term trend is up with a minimum target of $2400+

Provided all the following are met:
Mine operations remain on course
Philippines political /economic backdrop does not deteriorate too much
Friction has been growing between the USA (+ allies) and China in the South China Seas .. does not lead to major conflict

Then a very bright future lies ahead for MTL SP.
According to Mr Buffet the stock markets are about wealth transfer from the impatient to the patient!
So Patience and Long-term hold is the best strategy at the moment."

You make a very fair point... also I cannot shake off the feeling that Mr Spencer and his team are the smart money here - all helping to nudge the scale in favour of PANR.
I don't know what to make of the recent selling out by a very well informed Simon Cawkwell of his 500,000 at 38p because a chum of his told him that PANR's management had deceived him a year or two ago...

To conclude: Mr Spencer and his due diligence team, don't have an edge on us pi's, on the basis of the geological Data in the public domain which cannot provide the likelihood of a successful drill result....
A couple of million is small change for a billionaire, but nevertheless, I feel the risk reward ratio must be very favourable for Mr Spencer to continue to raise his stake at these 30's share price.

Would like to add to my holding, but cannot justify at present...need something to tip the scales a bit.

What does Mr Spencer and his team seeing in the DATA for him to commit to 5% stake, or is he just taking a high risk punt?
Is it possible to arrive at a probability from the data that the drilling will be successful ?
If the data is that good ...why are the majors not getting involved now?
Finally, Sshould the drill prove unsuccessful what then for the company and the share price?

Any insight from some of the experts on the board would be much appreciated!
