Yes the profit warning was unfortunate, but that missed revenue will be rolled over into 2016. Given the amount of new business already announced, the order book, and the framework agreement with a major retailer, I am 100% confident 2016 will be a *lot* stronger and the stated target of 20% growth will be the absolute minimum of what they will achieve.

He can say this, because per today's RNS they now have over £1m revenue coming in from managent contracts. That income is at 100% margin so will more than cover salaries + PLC costs. Capital funding is all coming from SPVs / asset finance, so therefore they will never need additional funds at the PLC level. So no placings.

This news by itself obviously doesn't justify 500%. However, it is a further confirmation of their business model and concrete proof that no dilution will ever occur at the PLC level.

Agreed. It's unrealistic to expect a move straight back to 2.5 within a few days, especially with no news. There should be news coming very though and I'm confident the potential will subsequently become apparent.

And I should mention that the issues in 2014 were almost entirely caused by one particular project, not an underlying flaw in the business.

I'll respond properly tomorrow, but the revenue figures were 2011 = £4.33m 2012 =£6.13m (+41%) 2013 =£10m (+64%) 2014=£7.7m (-23%) 2015e = £9m (+20%) So the overall pattern is of strong growth. Clearly 2014 was a poor year but they are recovering and see no reason why previous growth rates cannot return.

Given the date on the RNS, they were clearly selling into volume and the same time as Amati (ie 3 weeks ago). Nothing to do with latest news.

3) No dilution. The board have historically been very reticent to dilute shareholders. There has only ever been one equity placing (in Oct 2013), and that was almost all taken up by directors and a single II. The cash position as of July was not good on the face of it, but the company is now profitable, HSBC has been fully supportive, Finncap say the company is generating cash, the auditors have signed it off as a going concern with no reference to external funding, and the latest RNS confirmed that there were no banking issues. There will therefore (IMO) be no equity dilution. 4) Greater communication. One thing that has historically not been satisfactory is the level of communication from the board to shareholders, especially via RNS. The directors have now taken on board what I and many others have said, and are changing their policy going forward. One example of this will be Mark Pyrah appearing on Sharepickers in the next few weeks. Near term newflow will include -projections for 2016 and reassurance on numbers for 2015 -quarterly update for the 3rd quarter of 2015, inc contracts etc -possible news on a major JV parternship, alluded to in the 2014 RNS Riddler posted below -further info about the framework agreement with the major retailer mentioned in the latest RNS. ADVFN detective works speculates this may be Hamleys and that it may be *very* lucrative I currently hold 4.8m shares (at 1.9 avg) and will at some point possibly cross the 3% barrier. I fully expect to be sitting on a substantial profit short term, and a potentially life-changing amount medium/long term.
