Absolutely. However, unfortunately at the time I was unable to gather enough holders who were willing to put their names to a letter. I have a feeling I might have more success now, but it is already too late now unfortunately.

Simply put, I do not believe for one moment that there is any chance of a viable RTO before the delisting deadline. Therefore it is in the interests of shareholders to get the company wound up, assets liquidated and resulting cash returned as soon as is practically possible.

Here's the problem: preparing an admission document takes at least 8 weeks (usually), and that is after a deal has actually been done! It doesn't seem as though any concrete progress has been made at all. Therefore based on timescale alone, I'd say relisting is incredibly unlikely.

I agree. I got caught in a trade here so not an LTH, but would suggest that all holders get organised as the chances of this relisting are close to zero. Those responsible deserve to be held to account and not just skip on scot free to new directorships.

I've bought a few back sub 1.1p. Notwithstanding the share award debacle, the Board do seem committed to the 'no dilution' policy. More importantly, though, PPG are definitely cashflow positive with the additional 2 SPVs, and green diesel should make planning much easier to come by.

Those are 100% his trade. Sometimes with an order that size it will be split between different MMs.

The debts exist. The only way to pay them is through massive dilution, which has already been agreed. Firing the board will not change this. What am I missing?

I believe it can be done this time. Just not sure what good it is going to do.

What are the rules surrounding requisition notices and post-hoc share issues? Do you just need 10% of the share capital prior to the latest confetti splurge?

I'm as disappointed as anyone else by what's happened; sitting on a massive paper loss since Friday. Unfortunately the forecast didn't meet expectations and the RNS wasn't as bullish as we'd hoped. I also think the director buys demonstrate clearly that the board do not understand how AIM works. All that said, however, the business is still growing steadily and for it to be approaching all time lows is clearly absurd.
