I think I can the see both the SOLG case for developing the company further before a higher price can be achieved vs. the CGP case for just selling and moving on.
I suppose that the real obstacle, beyond not having an official economically measurable project yet, is the lack of outright aggressive buyers that we have been dreaming about for a long time.
If those don't show up or have let NM know that they won't show up until there is only one seller to negotiate with, then we are still required to exercise more patience.
The resource is not going anywhere, but we need momentum on our side, and that is not as strong as it should be, which probably amplifies CGP's and WI's resentment.
Nothing that a truly decent offer for CGP cannot resolve anyway, if NM plays it strategically and not to make money on CGP's expense.
