The biggest copper trades .7% were at the very end of the hole. It's likely that it might have gone much deeper...!

Hole 4 looks like it's heading straight to the sweet spot, which importantly is exactly as the geo says.

Hole 3 looks to panning out as expected.. Visible good grades to start with but still drilling so must getting something!!

Drill 3 is a surface low dip away from source ext. If it s getting .2 copper currently then that would be fantastic anything above that kind blowing.
Assays from 4 will be end of Jan imo but could well be above 1%.

Drill 3 should be about 650m now....
Just My opinion but don't underestimate the importance of this. IF it's still hitting even moderate mineralization now, approx 400-500m away from the core then this is massive as any potential mineralization will be inc in the MRE and it should be alpala size i.e tier 1. Any significant increase to 700-800m drill depth would probably make it bigger than alpala as a footprint.

sid, we know how expensive the attempts were, it's in the accounts, the answer is about 0.02% of cascabel according to the investment terms that Franco invested on. On balance is was probably worth it for 15% of cascabel. CGP didn't go for it, but at least Nick tried and he can go back to the future financiers of the cap ex and say he tried but it didn't work, so any deals have to be made as is.

They made many claims about our corporate governance most of which were rubbish, but solg has, probably due to blackrock, citi, Franco, put on more NEDs to help the company, moved the chairman on as he was too close to Mather and concentrated on CG experts.most of which would have happened anyway.

This has been gone over several times and you need to be pedantic with the wording. They can't use it to secure funding...CGP have never said they can. But they can use it as bling to say we have a valuable asset here, so although it's not secure d look how wealthy we are and we are trustworthy.
So again CGP are trying to give out a false impression because the truth is malleable to them.
Good luck to them trying to convince somebody to lend them all that money, without having any control over the project, without security.

I think we could, but they certainly could have a placing if the business needed it and it would be easy to justify. These talks can take months and nobody expects a company to stop what it doing.
They could potentially apply to the court to get the placing nullified but this is as rare as golden hens eggs and in practice wouldn't happen or be approved.
They would have to provide a valid reason for not launching the bid officially and There isn't one.

Just because a company says they are going to have a hostile bid doesn't mean they will and doesn't mean it's going to be soon. See solg and the bid for cgp, they announced they were going to, but nothing kicks in until the bid is formalised ..

Allthat, this constantly happens with but cap ex projects. The PRE isn't being done by solg, it's a 3rd party document, which will be a living document until it's finished.
Quady, normally agree with you, but the the biggest cap ex project in ecuador for the world's biggest none major copper\gold mine is always going to be political.
It doesn't take this long to say this, it's doesn't mean a regional blackout and isn't normally announced days before the AGM.
