It takes time and careful planning not irrational reaction to a share price impacted by events external to the company and outside of the BoD’s control?
You invested in the company with a BoD in Russia it was high risk then and the stakes are much higher now, these are the best people in position to bring this home if you lose them your shares will be worthless.

There was an 81 page annual report detailing the company’s actions the past year financial position and outlook with details of any potential asset sale.
That is the documentation to read to understand your queries.

Richard Dugdale might not be 100% correct on every point (then again who is), the difference is he backs it up with data to support his opinion, where others simply bombard the board with endless vacuous conjecture to suit their narrative.
