I have a fair holding under a penny too, and I know of a few others here and telegram who also hold at a very low initial purchase price.
My point is why these people appear so loathing of others who managed to buy in low regardless of wether they still hold or sold up over 40p?
I would simply say well done move on and hopefully next time I will find an early entry to a multi bag but not these people, their outlook is a bleak one but it’s their issue not mine or yours, whatever happens here and I’m confident we will do very well life is considerably more precious than posting poisonous BS on a forum all day.

3 years ago EUA was trading at 0.45p.
Since then to date we currently see a rise of approx 325%.
Along with that rise we have attracted the the hindsight crew, conspiracy theorists and those that want to see the company fail who appear to waste an enormous amount of time posting Walter Mitty theory’s, attacking LTH’s and of course the company alike.
So here’s a question for you….
Instead of wasting your time here in what appears a plethora of negativity and self loathing, how about going out and researching a company that was in EUA’s position a while back to try and improve your lot instead?

The reports are a guide I don’t think we can assume any future offer (assuming it occurs) would be for more or less or equal to IMO?
Even more so since the geo politics have changed disastrously it has to be said.
No one knows the ball park figure expert the prospective buyer and the BOD all we can do is wait and hope for the best outcome possible or if no longer convinced make alternative plans?

So basically we are yet again reading that the ACF and HC Wainwright estimates are irrelevant due to EUA paying these companys (as you do for a service) regardless of the reputation of the company’s involved and presenting nothing in the way of figures or geological analysis to counter their data? If you know different please share your efforts with us all as I am sure many will be very keen to read it?

The anticipated DFS in November will IMO qualify any previous estimate or analysis this will be a very technical piece of work that even the negheads will struggle to deprecate tho it should supply much amusement watching them try?

Subsequently I do understand company reluctance to broadcast until perhaps we are nearly over the line, however another point referenced by those who attended the AGM is the company are conscious of the silent period and understand this cannot persist indefinitely and further updates will come….no time frame on that but given the understanding they cannot continue with silence hence one hopes not so far away?

In regards to the further comment ‘should have sold long ago’ how can we assume that when we don’t know the criteria of the deal or the buyer? The buyer is clearly intent on NDA and again the buyer might stipulate ‘with license, JORC, DFS’ etc….the company cannot control every facet or time frame of these stipulations and each one always takes a considerable time frame? If the buyer wants NDA then little they can influence on that either?
That aside the company never stipulated a time frame? In fact quite the opposite ‘we shall not be rushed’
In regards to the Ukraine situation stretching on if the aforementioned assumed caveats are reached there would be no need to remain under the radar any further as we would be a foreign company disposing of assets so do not see that being relevant to the sale if material offer confirmed (of course we all want war to stop now).
In the meantime we wait and can only hope the war subsides finishes and the criteria is met for the buyer to make a material offer confirmed by the company in RNS.

I’m not disputing your reasoning Judge I get your point ‘chuck us a bone’ kind of thing, after all we are snuffling around starving for news I get that.
However I believe the BOD are not in a position or have anything ‘small’ to sell, from the AGM we know the original buyer is still at the table, from what I know and understand we await the granting of license(s) and we also had confirmation of the JORC update set for November which implies to me a more complex and substantial plan/sale?
So JORC, licenses and then confirmation of buyer?
That’s how I see it, in effect there are no scraps on the table (to buy) I think the BOD are working the full cut hence the time the deliberation and the outstanding caveats required prior to any buyer stumping up the cash?
That’s just my opinion but to me given the company is not stressed financially not sanctioned and already operating a working mine puts them in a very strong position, of course the terrible war has compromised us but these mines are operational for decade period not weeks months years, hence the patient game will endure here IMO.

If your in as a LTH why appeal for a fire sale?
It’s not in any LTH’s interest and clearly appears not an agenda the BOD consider hence the patient and careful progress.
Any deal of significance takes time, the company has cash and a WK operation that will be turning over significant enough income with draglines configured and running.
It will come when it comes if your in for the long haul trust the BOD.

As for the Ukraine the US were involved in hegemony back in 2014 under the Obama gov, check out the text and recordings involving Victoria Nuland and Jeff Pyatt, they orchestrated a government change, and look at the sh*t show we now have going on, and to cap it all 82 yo Pelosi pops over to Taiwan to stir up more of a hornets nest.

It was an AGM these meetings are to pass resolutions, however enough was clarified to keep me confident main one NDA’s in place and original buyer still in the mix.
We also know DLA and UBS continue to be engaged and any material offer will have to be confirmed to shareholders.
