The problem is more than just one man there are a whole host of them of similar mindset some more hawkish than the current incumbent.
I think it wishful to think removing him will be the solution to the problem the issue is hugely complex.
The US has done nothing other than interfere in the region going back 10 years that however does not in any way excuse the appalling actions of the Kremlin.
Feel for the Ukrainians stuck in the middle and the poor guys enlisted to fight for who knows what?
