The DFS was confirmed as to being on schedule for completion this year. I would be cautious with timelines in regards to November being a pivotal month (though who knows it may turnout to be)?

Which reads to me, DFS completed by year end and submitted for review assuming all is in place and authorities happy DFS results released 2023.

One other point to consider, any options not excersized could be part of the deal moving forward, not the first time and a tasty sweetener for any purchaser.
Simply put if the options are not taken up that to me indicates deal is potentially in progress.
Purely my opinion.

In regards for the options hoping these are not taken up for these reasons as one it does not dilute shareholding and two due to the approach from interested party’s or buyers, exercising these options would not be permitted (insider info) also options could potentially be part of any deal as a compensation package.
So for me I will be encouraged if these options are not taken up and don’t assume an RNS to clarify if not, if they are taken up an RNS would have to come as change in shares issued.

Not if their were regulatory caveats that prevented them for doing so, the options are not as straight forward as that if they were close to closing a deal these would not be on the table IMO.
That does not assume if the options are not excersized it’s a given nor should it imply if they are not taken up a bad sign unless someone has insider information then impossible to assume as much.

Unfortunately many did not foresee a global pandemic and not even post that event our global leaders lust for yet another tragic conflict which is now at the point of spiralling out of control with minimal common sense on either side to steady a very unstable global situation.
Apart from that I would say it’s been no mean feat and as much luck as judgement to see us still trading with a production mine not sanctioned (fluid situation) and not in a fire sale scenario (unlike some others).

I thought they said they were not currently effected by the current sanctions, certainly to mind they never used the word ‘war’ ( not difficult to understand why) and referred to a challenging geo political situation?

Peace should always be the ultimate objective even peace to attempt discussion of some kind.
The politicians and the gullible shouting for one or the other side from their sofa might not be so keen if the onus was on them to do the fighting.
What could be better if they proceeded tout suite to the battle ground and the current incumbents withdrawn ……...would bet a peace deal within 24 hours in that scenario?

No one is winning here, people are getting killed displaced and young lads lives maimed and destroyed.
The mentality on both sides reminds me of WW1 these fools will continue until the last unfortunate man stands with no dialogue or discourse.
