The buyer carry’s the risk I would estimate 2 % - 5% purchase price of full value still a massive re-rate on todays ridiculous SP which barely covers WK IMO.

I am not of the opinion the DFS is behind schedule as I am not of the mindset to assume a RNS post submission? Perhaps already submitted?

Monchetundra Definitive Feasibility Study being progressed for completion by the end of 2022.

· Metallurgical testwork reports now available for compilation into the larger DFS report. New metallurgical study by SGS, Mekhanobr-St Petersburg, LIMS and Gipronickel (Norilsk Nickel's engineering arm) suggests grades, recoveries and flowsheet unchanged from the 2016 feasibility study.

· Rock mechanics studies and Hydro/Geotech drilling now complete for West Nittis and Loipishnune open pits.

· Recalculation of Monchetundra project resources and pit outlines, reflecting metal price movement since the feasibility study, for submission as a necessary component of the DFS.

· Work continues on assessment of the NKT Project, contained within Eurasia's 80% Flanks exploration license adjacent the Monchetundra (West Nittis and Loipishnune) mining license, as a standalone project or as a project combined with Monchetundra deposits.

Wether the company confirms submission date is another question?
However once submitted I believe WK was confirmed within 3 months so we could be a matter of weeks away going on historical reference?
We don’t know if the ‘SO’ has effected the processing of such documentation and we don’t know if the depth of documentation will mean a longer lead time, however what’s to stop the ‘buyer’ seeing the same detail the relevant authorities browse?
Offer could come anytime post submission or not, to risk being in or out is ones individual choice to make?

No problem with an alternative opinion but show us the calculations, bare in mind produce at WK was interim values @ 3 million USD platinum not taking into consideration further PLD price increments, other metals in the basket and the rest of the annual output?
Also mindful of cash burn related to DFS further proving up/drilling to take into account in all extremely difficult to calculate (as we don’t know them) so forward calculation cash burn a difficult one IMO?
