RE: Quadrivo Securitisations - £1.5BLN23 Dec 2020 10:20
Surely the fan boys know that RMBS are very common? Also the structuring here was undertaken by a major bank as it states on the front page.
All the new fund did was form an SPV to be legal issuer of notes and legal receiver of proceeds. All cash was moved by servicing agent.
There are ten of thousands of RMBS structures with such a legal entity.
The real challenge is whether you can securitise inventory from multiple clients.
It requires SYME to be able to persuade investors of how they will monitor age of inventory and risk of obsolence / deterioration of the inventory, proof of their blockchain tracking of inventory/ evidence of how losses might impact waterfall structure in RMBS and how these have been modelled and backtested etc
So far I haven’t any evidence of this.
I wonder if the fan club can?
