EGHOS are making around 45% profit on current trades with low holding risk and with significant volumes of trades.

Retail investors are paying 50% more than EGHOS to buy and EGHOS are being stupid? ??

I think your wrong the Prospectus clearly states authority to issue up to 30 billion New shares i.e. in addition to the 1.6 billion shares then in issue.

Not that it matters that much as I suspect buyers will soon eat up another few billion shares after they swallowed 26 billion new shares in last six months.

Iconic have not hit £2 million limit yet nor 23.1 billion limit of new shares that were applicable to new convertible loan note as it’s all a game demonstrated the other day.

They already have shareholder approval for 30 billion new shares in March 2020 which means they don’t need shareholder approval as currently have only issued around 25.4 new shares which leaves 5.6 billion headroom.

Shareholder approval refers to next tranche of £3 billion which I agree was a RNS as not being used.

I still expect a further conversion to take mandatory convertible loan note up to £2 million minimum.

Perhaps warrants sales are complete - the prospectus said up to 6.9 billion shares could be issued but if not today’s conversion reduces that overhang further.

I consider that Iconic should be clearer about what is still left to issue.

From 1.6 billion to over 27 billion shares in around 6 months is an impressive.

Latino Joe Media was placed into administration by the lender so they if they accept debt in newco that takes over business, it means fewer liabilities and a better recovery for other creditors which is why administrators will have approved the deal.

Joe Media businesses will come with a lot of debt from previous lender based on filings at Companies House for David Sefton’s companies. So initially quite a lot of cash flow will be absorbed by Interest and debt repayments. Who knows what sort of charges David Sefton will levy on the Joe Media businesses for his fees. A lot of hope being placed on these two deals when not much financial information is known.

Magmanus_49. Unilad was loss making when it was acquired according to the LadBible Group accounts for 2018 filed at Companies House but they turned it round.

I will consider buying if and when the 3 executive Directors actually buy some shares.

At present they are taking £10,000 a month out each in cash funded by investors and don’t own a single share between them.

I think there is £290,000 left of mandatory £2 million convertible left.

Unilad went into administration it’s in the March 2020 Prospectus, you desperate and lying ramper. The loss in administration is filed at Companies House.

I hope you haven’t over extended yourself in this share.

Unilad under one of the current team went into administration and shareholders lost all their money and creditors took a 20% loss as well.
