The company may well break through to profitability in 2nd half if royalties are similar to prior years.

Hoping for bags. A consolidation of shares won’t change the dilution you haVe suffered. As long as EGHOS gets issued shares for a bargain 0.007 pence per share and sells them private investor for 50% to 100% more. You are paying 50% to 100% more than the cash Iconic receives.

A share consolidation would stop certain people beating off about how they have 50 or 100 million golden tickets I suppose.

Looks like EGHOS has plenty more shares to dump on this tranche.

Joe Media businesses will be primarily owned by David Sefton so all the Intangible value in the brand will accrue to him until such time as Icon concert their loan for a piece of the action.

Both Joe Media in UK and Ireland start off with significant debts from previous lender (you can see this if read Companies House filings).

If Joe Media is such a great business why did David Sefton give Iconic the chance to own some of its shares rather than keep it all to himself?

Why do none of the Directors still own a single share of the 22 billion shares in issue if it is such a bargain?

Why hasn’t David Sefton who isn’t a director bought some shares in this great company?

Why didn’t Iconic tells us its current cash balances in latest financing update?

Good luck with your investment but poor quality companies can perform well for a while but sooner or later the lack of cash causes the share price to trend to nil.

Iconic clarify now that EGHOS can still issue bucket loads more shares and further dilute shareholders.

Why wasn’t this clarification in the prior RNS that announced that no more funding would be sought from EGHOS.

Opti isn’t a micro cap stock with shares of a fraction of a penny where you boast to your mates about how you have 10 million or 20 million Golden Tickets. The share price reaction is always more muted.

The fact that a major player is going to fund the R&D plus pay us some royalties whilst product is under development is another positive for me.

EGHOS has large number of shares to sell and the next day a positive RNS arrives.

Result new punters are lured in and EGHOS exits at a tidy profit.

Still no trading update on revenues for 2nd half or current cash position.

A couple of 100 million and 50 million sells probably EGHOS starting to sell.

This will keep price down for a while.

PM709. I am no fan of Iconic but as long as shares are quoted and remain above nominal value and it has EGHOS facility then Iconic will be able to issue shares to finance itself.

If EGHOS hit 29.9% limit next time they convert they could be issued with over 7 billion more shares.

The dilution here is huge

Meanwhile the three Directors continue to trouser £10,000 a month in cash salary and earn another £6,666 in deferred salary each.

Only £880,000 left out of £2,000,000 mandatory conversion left. EGHOS are over 50% out!!!

This equates to a mere 11 billion more shares at today’s conversion price and will take share count to roughly 25 billion assuming no further price falls.

Nice profit for the fund as it will sell all of its 2.4 billion shares.

Nominal value of shares 0.001 pence so plenty of room to issue and convert more shares.

Who else thinks that what Iconic needs is a share split like Tesla to boost the share price?

EGHOS announce they have 15.9% of company after latest debt conversion and we know based on last 8 conversions that they are sellers and have a load more debt to convert. Yet we should believe some ADVFN poster that there is a short squeeze! LOL.
