John Gunn can increase his take because he holds of 50% of the shares.

At current price ie below net asset value he can buy shares and then repay himself once he gets over 75% and takes company private.

Another shareholder owns another 8% so between then they could be over 60% already.

CTEA is a sub scale tiny company in need of yet another placing.

It’s blockchain abilities are interesting but don’t generate enough cash to pay the bills.

Spreader hold a stake which they are selling.

Positive energy. The Shard debt can be repaid via issue of shares which means it isn’t conventional debt. You have to read beyond headlines to discover this fact.

The new CFO isn’t covering himself in glory, over 10 months to sign off this tiny group’s accounts is unbelievably slow.

I suspect the issue is the carrying value of certain assets such as £2 million loan note where little cash has been received in last period’s accounts and what they do around £0.5 million unpaid share subscription. I would write them both down to nil and get the accounts out.

Maqsood 7 the sentence legacy revenues should have been I think legacy costs because Widecells business was closed. Do the Directors and their adviser read the stuff they publish?

I have been a vocal sceptic on Iconic primarily because of the scale of dilution suffered from 1.6 billion to 37.4 billion shares since April and the deals that were promised but did no occur eg Social Alchemist, MC Media loss of £150,000 and the £1 million deal fin tech that didn’t occur.

However, things look to be changing with Joe Media deal. Joe Media generating more revenues for itself and Iconic and has as noted below a new external shareholder. I also note that Iconic can swap its £1 m loan to Joe Media for an equity stake at a discounted price (per RNS) things could start to get interesting in a positive fashion.

I liked to see year end accounts and 7nderstand leg@cy debts to EGHOS before I become at an all out convert though.

3 exec Directors still own no shares in the company but still trouser £10,000 a month in cash and are accruing a further 6,666 in unpaid salary.

I expect SJH to take some major write downs on 10 year loan note and value of holding in soccer venture. If issues were not that significant then it should be easy to reduce values to ones auditors can accept and not take a month to finalise results. The long delay doesn’t bode well in my opinion. I wonder if they will also try and publish interims at same time?

An unexciting business sold for excess of book value is another positive step.

Looks like new CEO is actually getting on with disposal programme.

Woolworth mate you need a little patience. SOH has delivered a lot of deals with big names. Revenues are growing as is product base. Share rating will change one we tip into profitability.

I think it time for the Directors issue a more detailed a trading update.

It could indicate amount of EGHOS debt, revenue for last year and recent progress on revenue other than Joe Media and timing of year end results.

Any placing to clear EGHOS debts would do better if there was clarity around the balance sheet position, current revenue levels and perhaps some Directors’ participation in the placing.

The recent doubling of revenue does improve prospects of the company.

EGHOS could issue 23.1 billion shares in respect of the £2 million convertible and have issued 22.88 billion for £1.85 million so not much headroom left to issue remaining shares.

They had 6.9 billion limit on warrants related issue and have used 6.655 billion so far. I can’t work out if they still have debt to effectively pay off but again authorised headroom is now not that much more than issued.

Relative to 31.1 billion EGHOS death spiral is now effectively over - a few hundred more shares doesn’t matter when you are 31.1 billion.

EGHOS will sell their 16% holding as they done before. The bull case is that hopefully this is last conversion. I think there is a final couple of billion shares left to go.

You need a lot resilience and patience to invest or trade individual shares.

This morning one of my stocks reported revenue up 12% year on year which I thought was good but it is down over 5%. So I lost £500 on that stock today but I will because I expect it to recover.

There are some very smart traders in smaller cap stocks like Iconic - I am not claiming to be one of them but you need a lot of market knowledge, skill and some luck to trade stuff profitably especially when the stock price is so volatile.

Joe Media deal approval is great news for David Sefton and good news for Iconic.

Once EGHOS know they will be issued with shares then can confidently sell on a future settlement date with no risk of being caught on a spike.

Perhaps iconic will provide business and finance update once Joe Media Ireland deal goes through with David Sefton’s Company.
