This is now being manipulated, every sale being soaked up with no rise in the SP, in fact, dropping on buying. Believe me, we will soon know whats going on, this is quite simply not normal for the shares to be traded in this way.

West Newton is neither here nor there imo, we have just under 17% so outlay is not that great compared to the risk of failure. If the first well is successful, the company will be laughing all the way to the bank and the first drill will be the defining one. I personally believe they will flow the gas and at that stage, the whole project will be sold off. Union Jack are the best placed company out of all the JV partners. Cash rich, great revenues and assets that can easily and inexpensively advanced over the next year.

And when all he sets out to achieve comes to an end, he abandons tons of crap for the council tax payers to clean up, and the oil or gas flows anyway. That is needed far more than him.

There is oil, it's just not going to be so easy to extract. However, it remains the BIGGEST GAS DISCOVERY in 50 YEARS. Hydrocarbons have been core tested and it would appear the next drill will make those lab tests live. It will be very interesting to see what the CPR will say when it is due to be completed later this month. If they manage to flow the gas, it is going to change the outlook for all partners, it will likely be confirmed if national interest and will be sold to a major. That's how I see the outcome here and no amount of protesting, lying down in the road or lorry surfing is going to stop it.
