what this week will bring and whether we will break 40p? I am expecting the start of some strong newsflow with September being a major month for the company and it's shareholders.
Has anyone noticed the constant flow of attacks on anyone daring to post positively here has slowed, almost disappeared, allowing shareholders to post their opinion without full on negative respinses forcing their comments out of site? Where has Rnstranslator gone? Usually here to rip each RNS apart, he's not so much as commented on the Capital Reduction update. Not like him to miss an opportunity.
So September is the month for the much awaited Wressle Reserves Report. We have been told it has been upgraded from a CPR, the data collection I am sure will totally change the present outlook (perhaps Rnstranslator realises his statement the well will dry up within a few months is now so embarassing he cannot show his face any more lol). 700+ bopd month on month, no water and free flowing into those tanks! Then we have Reabold/Rathlin releasing their CPR on West Newton. The gas has been flowed in the lab and using a different drilling technique is now likely to make this massive discovertpy commercially retrievable. Also note, if Liz Truss does as stated and lifts the fracking moratorium, that gas will be nailed on with a little nudge! We may also have news on the capital reduction, I would expect a dividend of no more than 3%, that is the industry average, but it is the first kick back from a company that has only just announced a maiden profit. Personally I want to make sure that the bank balance remains strong for future operations, guaranteeing no placings. As things stand, all costs for all drilling for the next 12 months is covered which means West Newton first well is funded, Keddington side track etc and Kedington itself could add an additional 120-150 bood+ to Union Jacks revenues. With the million dollars a month already coming in, the cash in bank should continue to outweigh all running and operational costs moving forward, how exciting and safe is that for shareholders?
I think we will also see an institutional investor or two comeon board, Shore Capital weren't brought on board for nothing. They have some seriously major clients on their books, they will do wonders for the company.
The interims are due in the next two weeks which will hopefully provide a nice update moving forward. Quite simply, Union Jack Oil is now a serious investment case and it is becoming harder and harder for the activists, haters and traders to keep it down!
