DB needs to get his his finger out?19 Oct 2022 10:02
Not sure what more the guy can do? Positive RNS one after another, how many his year? 20? 30?
Substantial upgrades to Wressle, constant flow rates and revenues, uplift in reserves and longevity. Then West Newton. Massive upgrade in reserves and an 86% chance of success. Excellent case put forward on Biscathorpe, interest on two loans, looming dividend and share buy back, I mean, come on, how many companies have achieved what DB has achieved for Union Jack?
This is purely a waiting game now. Unlike the past 10 years whereby he has been investing in assets, waiting for planning, waiting on operators etc, now it's all coming to fruition. All the grief over leaked placings are history, the company has over £10,000,000 cash in the bank and that is increasing daily.
Whilst a dividend will be great for all the long term shareholders, The share buyback alongside this will add value to the SP. Additionally, on announcement of the dividend, I am more than confident that Shore Cap will be on the case to attract institutional investment. It's a no brainer in these markets for an institution to place some cash in a company like Union Jack and that too will bring more value to shareholders.
For all the shi*te spewed on here, inevitably the company is in a solid, attractive financial position, with no chance of a placing and fully funded to cover a small dividend, a buy back and cover all its operating costs for the next year plus.
Sit tight and hold.
