My PF is showing a close of 60p!? Seems unlikely on such little volume. Market has yet to wake and realise the potential on offer here..

Not currently holding KEFI and while I am doing well because of it that isn't to say this lull will continue for long. Commodity prices are in their ascendency and if lenders were going to agree terms for financing a gold mine the current environment will only help confidence.

Worth mentioning many explorers have begun to move, even those god awful sub £10m midget caps without a resource that don't deserve to be named! I'll be watching closely regardless of price action and the (not so) subtle bb ramping / deramping. Have a chill weekend y'all!

Obviously the market cannot even process the highlights so I'll leave a summary here

In Q2 TSG produced 11,419 oz - up 66.5% QoQ (Q1 2020: 6,859 oz)

The rising gold price helped with an average sale price of $1,738 - up 8.7% QoQ (Q1 2020: $1,599/oz)

After a poor first quarter TSG sold 11,357 oz gold in Q2 - up 94.6% QoQ (Q1 2020: 5,847 oz)

Revenue in Q2 came in at $19.7 million - up 111.5% QoQ (Q1 2020: $9.3 million)

TSG reaffirmed they are on track to meet full year guidance of 38,000-42,000 oz

TSG on track to begin mining in the East Zone of the Asacha Gold Mine next year where the ore is of significantly higher grade

One of the cheapest value gold / silver producing plays around. Could easily double in the next 12 months. PAF, PUR, CMCL already have. GLA

Makes sense to take some profit and move across to AAZ. This has near doubled in a matter of weeks whilst AAZ have remained flat despite producing gold at low cost and with FY revenue forecast to exceed $130m.

Did someone really pay 57p earlier!? Feeling vindicated it's dropped back below my final sell price but as others have said this rise was nothing more than a pump and dump. I've been here since 2014 I think and even on impressive results, it never generates the kind of interest and volume we've seen today.

I've no idea what % gain I've made but I'm all out now. Best of luck all

Wow haha this is incredible! 3-4p for years and now finally a rerate. Obviously any connection made with the likes of MoneyGram puts this kind of illiquid investment in a new class going forward. Taken some profits.

Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

Trans-Siberian Gold plc (TSG.LN), a low cost, high grade gold producer in Kamchatka, Far East Russia, announced on 8 June 2020 that, subject to shareholder approval, the Company proposed to pay a final dividend of US$ 0.023 per ordinary share (the "Final Dividend").

Shareholders approved the payment of the Final Dividend at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM') of the Company held on 30 June 2020.

The Final Dividend amounts to approximately US$2million, making the total dividend paid to shareholders for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 approximately US$4million.

This announcement confirms the US Dollar / GBP Sterling exchange rate applicable for the Final Dividend.

The Final Dividend will be paid on 28 July 2020 to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 10 July 2020. The Company's issued share capital currently consists of 87,158,508 ordinary shares in issue and 22,894,565 ordinary shares in treasury.

Yes indeed, expect FY revenue to fall in the $120-$130 million range if $1800/oz holds :)

Apologies they generated 26-27m in Q2. The combined H1 2020 revenue was approx $47m.

Unfortunately Q2 performance was worse than expected and below forecasts. It is worth pointing out however that the company have kept FY guidance of 75,000 to 80,000 GEOs. If AAZ are able to produce 42,000 to 47,000 in the second half at $1800 that will generate a significant increase in revenue of $75-85m. To put that into perspective AAZ generated approx $26-27m revenue in the first half 2020 so I believe the value is still there waiting to be unlocked.

Let's also not ignore the advanced tax payment made of $2.9m during the quarter. Had the company not opted to pay this early, the net cash position would have been $32.1m cash and not $29.2m. I believe the year end cash position could easily fall in the $50-60m range based on forecast output and current commodity prices.

Market has got this completely wrong. Anglo Asian sell gold and copper at low cost, pay a generous dividend and are swimming in cash. KAZ whilst in a different league are laden with hundreds of millions of debt yet demand for it's stock has continued to rise in line with commodity prices.

This should be trading at 170+

Interesting thoughts mate. I am not sure if it is one factor only or indeed a combination of the four mentioned but worth considering how fellow Russian goldies have performed recently.

TSG has been trading in a tight range since the end of April, struggling to add value despite the stream of good news (debt refinanced, resource increase, divided and solid FY results) . POG has risen about 30-40% in that time, although most of that has been added in the past week and can be attributed to the court case proceedings. POLY rebounded well off March lows but has trickled lower in the past month despite gold breaking 8 year highs.

From what I can tell this isn't to do with wider debt or company debt fears. There are plenty of debt laden producers that have risen like PUR, RSG, HUM, PAF.

If Covid is having an effect it is probably minimal at this point but I know Russian cases are still quite high. The reason I say this is because HOC didn't fall much after they announced production was suspended and all Russian producers have been clear that they are operating without many issues.

HGM has been harder hit than the other Russian miners so my suspicion is that weak investor demand coupled with the heavy selling pressure from one of the big investors is to blame. Operationally speaking I don't think we have anything to worry about as the gold price is $400/oz higher than the start of the year. Russian relations have been fairly poor for years but it could be political tensions keeping bigger buyers at bay. I remember last year SHG had a distressed seller and the stock went down to the 4p level before doubling shortly after so I think there will be a rebound after our seller is finished.

Despite lower production we are still on track to produce 290-300koz this year.

A forecast 165-175koz in the second half at gold prices of $1800/oz+ and we are still trading at 240p!!

Not invested here but those that are should reflect on the impact this could have. The customer base is predominately the same people that make up the 'protest generation', people aligned to the left that feel strongly about 200 year old statues.
