It was to an institional investor, the question you should be asking, is if this ship is sinking, what right minded II is going to willingly expose themselves to enormous dilution at a minimum, or worst case losing the lot?

If all was lost, institional investors wouldn't touch this with a barge pole.

But one may see the opportunity presented by Atlas, get cheap shares, buy out the cln, then ride the wave back up.

Pure speculation, but I can't fathom why at the 11th hour an insto wades in for 1 share let alone 60m, possibly more.

And yet they haven't drawn down since June this year, so there must be cash generation otherwise they'd have gone bust months ago. Libox, gatefees.

I agree EGTP, I don't believe Atlas have any interest in taking a controlling share in TM1.

They just want to make their money and gtfo.

If the opportunity arises for them to recoup the debt in full they will take it.

AS essentially sacrificing his own shares at market value is perhaps the first display of commitment we've had from the bod. Materially though, he still has an enormous holding.

You are also ignoring the charge placed on Libatt equipment and lease.

I think these things are all interconnected.

I will add though, Atlas lost the charge they had on the share capital of Recyclus, they have been over exposed for a significant amount of time.

If an eventuality arose where they can recoup their 1.7m via repayment it's plausible they'd take it. as you've pointed out, there are a couple of eventualities that could play out to the benefit of shareholders, but this will be driven by self interest of the new II.

Insitional investment will not have been done lightly.

They will not have put a penny in here, if they believed they were going to be diluted.

Atlas sold those 75m shares In one tranche, to one entity at the beginning of the week. It was the first large print we saw, following the Glencore announcement. There have been several more since, only one has been validated so far, being the shares sold by AS to the so far undisclosed II. The others will follow.

60m confirmed gone to an undisclosed II. The rest likely gone the same way.

Done enable a future loan. I think the II could be close brothers as I've said repeatedly, they have an MR01 on the Recyclus equipment and lease. I think they now have a considerable share holding.

I think they will provide a substantial loan facility, enabling us to remove Atlas entirely, and in doing so they will see a very nice increase in their 11% holding of the Co.

It would be completely illogical for an II to enter the arena, to see even 60m shares instantly diluted.

There is more to this than meets the eye.

And will not have taken 200m shares or more at a premium to see them diluted heavily.

Atlas are obviously in conversation, hence today's rns.

Funding incoming, and a final solution for Atlas

Our New II will have been completely aware of the remaining conversion amount, they are not building a several hundred million share position to see it diluted massively. Something else is afoot. Think outside the box FFS.
