I can see that happening, but we will need some seriously good news to attract HNWs and instos to drive the sort of volume we need to allow Atlas to convert the rest of the 1.7m, without causing to much dilution.

But for the share price to recover we need rid of Atlas, so if not through CRML, how?

Everything does seem to be moving in the right direction in the background now. Setting us up nicely for 2025. Funding and the TFS should at least dilute the Atlas effect until we can pay them off. I'm also looking forward to finding out what involvement Glencore will have.

And the BOD mentioned our black mass offtaker would be somewhere in Asia. Despite my geographical faux pas, I was right, in walked Lohum.

I also said we'd have an offtake agreement with an Indian company, check. I also said we'd have more feedstock deals, check. I said Leinster would come in, check.

There's no saying that TM1 will try and dump the lot in one go, at current prices they'd have to sell 260k odd shares to cover Atlas. If there isn't some other plan afoot to get rid of them sooner. They may chose to sit on the rest as a rainy day fund. If the EIS funding comes in soon that should see us through to the 2025 regulation changes and with that, an influx of a lot more feedstock. The TFS and offtake with Lohum, and potentially Glencore, it looks like weve got plenty of custom for blackmass sales too.

Crml shares are currently at $6.46 and have been knocking around $7 on recent news. The wolfsburg lithium project is huge. And Tanbreez is looking very promising as shown below, highest grades of Galium ever found. Very sought after for computer chips used in military defence.
