Something like EIS though, with HNWs may want certain assurances if they are providing the funds to Recyclus, to pay back the loan amount to tm1, who would in turn release Atlas. All speculation, perhaps we will see the security move next week then as buried treasure mentioned 21 days for it to be registered. But if not against Recyclus, what could it be? Crml shares maybe? Or as Gerard said no security at all, and perhaps that isn't as big of a deal as I first thought....still seems odd to me though.

There has not been an MR01 filed, so no there isn't any other security in place wkw. Believe me I have scoured companies house looking at tech min, libatt, Recyclus etc they have released the security with apparently nothing in its place.

Fair point buried treasure. I can't find anything in the public domain. I am still leaning toward this being done to allow funding to be secured, I think the RTO likely needed to be formally ceased for the same reason. We will see! All conjecture. But batman and Robin need to sort this mess out, Atlas need to go for this share to recover.

Thanks for the reply Gerard, is there anywhere I can read about this lock up period? It seems odd to me that Atlas would voluntarily release such an important piece of collateral. With the charge it would have protected them somewhat if tm1/Recyclus became insolvent, but now they would have a much harder time recouping the 1.7m left owing, very exposed indeed it would appear, unless I am missing something?

No smoke without fire though. Atlas wouldn't release the vice like grip they have on Alex and Robins cobblers without good reason.

Me too Surbi, that's why I brought it here. If there's a negative to this, I expected the resident deramping crew to be all over it.

I dont think it's necessarily on its own worthy of an rns if the explanation as to why the charge has been released is still unfolding. My speculative guess is that something is coming in place of the loan. It could be to do with the Leinster deal, or Recyclus could have secured funding and be preparing to pay tm1 back. The latter would make sense, as I very much doubt anyone would have loaned Recyclus money with the charge in place. I must stress though, this is all just conjecture on my part.

For all to see, companies house, technology minerals. Charges. Mr05, Atlas releasing the charge on the share capital of Recyclus...

Without this, what is their incentive in driving the SP to zero? Now doubtful. Does this signal the potential end of the death spiral is in sight?

Come on... I'm genuinely looking for a negative spin on that, as to my mind, the only reason they'd release the security, is because they are being compensated in another way.... They won't have released the security out of the goodness of their black little hearts, ruthless privateers that they are.

Regarding the Atlas funding. Have any of the share prophet contingent here been made aware of the Mr05 Atlas Filed a couple of weeks ago now, releasing the security on the 48% of Recyclus? There hasn't been an MR01 filed moving their security, so it would appear the loan is currently without collateral. I wonder why the cutthroat shysters would allow such a thing?

We need more to keep the ball rolling European lithium shares still in suspension, will Leinster finally complete when they are out?

Just a ridiculous spread and no liquidity. Fairly certain Leinster will complete soon, or maybe has done already. European lithium have been in a trading halt since 4th September, crml accounts should have been submitted today. So hopefully, if it has completed we should be able to announce it, as I'm sure they will also want to inform their shareholders of the acquisition. They are listed on the ASX so will likely get the news out first, but I'm not staying up after midnight to find out!

No the mcap tells us we have terrible cln funding that has punished every missed deadline with impunity.

The Leinster deal taking sooooo long has been one of them. But it may also be salvation, Im still gambling on that being the case and doubled my holding at these prices!

Should get news on Leinster very shortly. Crml accounts delayed until 15th October, European Lithium Shares have been in suspension. I suspect we are waiting for them to come out of suspension to release the news. Maybe also a way out from the Atlas mire too, we shall see.

We will see Mr Million, I thought late September/early October was a realistic time scale from the Lohum announcement. 85 days, plus 7-30 days after receipt of the completed application back from the destination

Timescales can vary depending on the completeness of the application and the notifiers cooperation. Once we have received payment and submission of documents we have 3 days to assess the application and address any further queries. Once we are happy with the responses received we will transmit your application to the competent authority of destination so they can carry out their checks and provide acknowledgment. Following this the Environment Agency have 30 days to issues consent for non pre-consented facilities or 7 days for pre-consented sites but we will endeavour to do this as soon as possible.

We would like to clarify terminology used regarding Transfrontier Shipment (TFS) permit. The Environment Agency refer to Transfrontier Shipment (TFS) permit as International Waste Shipment (IWS) notifications or Waste shipments notifications. Waste exports and imports are called waste shipments. A waste shipment means the transport of waste between England and another country (except Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) whether by road, rail, air or sea. Waste shipments must follow rules called waste shipment controls.

The Environment Agency can confirm that LiBatt Recycling Ltd have applied for a notification to export waste.

How long does the TFS permit application process typically take, and what factors could contribute to delays?

Reviewing data from 01/09/2023 -31/08/2024 the average length of time to process a Waste shipment notification assessment is approximately 85 days. The length of time taken for a decision to be made, following the assessment of a notification, can vary considerably, depending on a number of factors, including quality of the notification submission and the number of questions it generates, time taken by the notifier to respond to said questions, whether consultation with internal colleagues is needed etc. Also time taken for the destination competent authority to issue their acknowledgement for imports.
