No. There is currently an active CLN forward selling into this volume. They had £1.7m in convertible loan notes left. I think they sold circa £500k yesterday.

They are what has been holding the sp down pre suspension, we need volume to clear them out. When they are done and the debt is paid, there is nothing left to hold the SP back. When they are done and can't sell anymore, the only way is up.

Ask yourselves why? Perhaps because they are going to announce something else this week, and want to also cover that in the interview.

I think the 60,65 and 75m trades where all them yesterday and they'll do the same today, I wouldn't be surprised if the remaining debt is sub 1m £ by the end of the week, another good rns and we could clear them out entirely.

I'm almost certain we will see a conversion notice in the morning, Atlas likely sold the remaining 75 million from the last conversion and have sold another 120m or so in two separate trades. This is actually a good thing! We want them gone, if I'm correct they've recouped around 500k or the remaining 1.7m convertible bond facility. Leaving around 1.2m left, if more news is forthcoming and volume is sustained we could be rid of them a lot sooner than I and others had anticipated. For now, they will keep selling shares to you at a discount until they are out!

We are all aware of Atlas, or at least you should be. That's likely them selling their conversion shares.

I don't get why they think calling people mugs, and being so aggressive and condescending in their assertions, will somehow win people over. It has the complete opposite effect. If they genuinely wanted to help, they'd appear as a benevolent voice of reason, and leave the name calling and superiority complex at the door.

Except for the fact tm1 own 48% of Recyclus, so regardless the two are intertwined.

And Recyclus assets are now tied up by an MR01 with Close Brothers via Libatt, for a yet to be seen reason.

The only viable assets that tm1 have alone for the forgiveness of debt would be CRML shares, which are still a far greater value than the 1.7m debt owing.
