RE: Dear mr Stanbury and Mr Brundle or Gerard129 Oct 2024 15:09
Hi Arctic,
European lithium shares are still in suspension, I don't think we will get news on Leinster until they are readmitted to trading on the ASX. The TG group put in a freedom of information request regarding the TFS to the EA, it was indeed applied for and they stated an approximate 85 day average wait time for TFS licenses to be granted, we are now approaching that, but it's still subject to all criteria being satisfied. Lastly, still no new charge on companies house, so the Atlas loan remains unsecured. Reading the original MR01, is an eye opener, they really did have us by the short and curly's. I wish I'd been aware of the terms earlier, frustratingly this had been in the public domain the entire time,! The removal of the charge was preceded 7 working days prior by the pause of the rto, it stipulates in the MR01 that the chargor can request for the charge to be removed by the secured party if certain criteria are met, and they must do so no more than working days after the request is made. I believe these events have occurred for a good reason, which we should hopefully find out about shortly. Atlas will really not like this level of exposure, and they all seem to now have lost a large part of their collateral of things go further south.
