As far as I'm concerned, we now have 250k for working capital, that should see us through to CRML shares, and the TFS for Glencore mid to late March. We then have a 12 month contract, selling 100 tonne a month for between 2-5k a tonne, plus gate fees, li-box etc, we should then be able to self sustain.
Personally, I don't think this will have been done lightly, or without conversation with Atlas.
Being only 6 weeks until they can be paid off, why would they cut their nose to spite their face? Answer is, they probably won't, they don't want an administration event, and they can't be issued shares from conversions to sell. BT did illustrate a scenario in which Mms could facilitate forward selling, despite the shares not being able to be issued until May, but if they are getting paid in March, again, seems unlikely.
