I'm still expecting mid to late March for the TFS, but sooner would obviously be very welcome.

$8.07 now, more holes come in, TM1 could end up with more than $10m dollars even after paying everyone the their share considerations...

After all is settled there will be 950k shares left, currently crml is worth $7.99, so nearly 7.6m left over, Greenland is a hot topic at the moment, and CRML hit the mother load on the first Assay at Tanbreez, quite reminiscent of GGP with HAD005, it's rare in mining to hit the mother load on the first hole. I believe they have a further 40 assays pending, imagine if more of those come in the same? Where do you think CRML is heading? To say its worthless is unbecoming of your intelligence BT....

We own 48% of Recyclus Nigel, so their success is our success, oh and they owe us 8m quid, so loan repayments are well overdue.

I think a combination of the recently raised 250k, gate fees, libox etc will keep them ticking over.

I also don't think it will be to long until we are sending blackmass to Germany. Mid to late March I reckon, but could be sooner.

It will be used to pay off the CLN debt, with any luck there could be change leftover Artic.

Lester Kemp owns GMBL and I believe is also still a director at tm1. It's in his own interest for the deal to go through.

Hm seems you are nit picking over the word "completed" used in TM1s rns, the wording used in European lithiums news release states "finalised"

I don't think that's lying personally, just semantics.

And I am absolutely correct in what I said regarding GBML, that's the last piece of business to conclude to terminate the JV on Leinster with TM1 and agree on receipt of CRML shares as payment. European lithium and TM1 have signed the dotted line and we are just awaiting the shares to come out of escrow.

The truth of that RNS BT, is that European lithium and TM1 have concluded business, the sale between the two parties is finalised. So it's not a lie. See the proactive interview posted further down the page, from the European lithium perspective.

The outlying, unconcluded business, is with GBML, who still need to approve their end at the shareholder meeting, which I have no doubt they will.

Then we just have to wait until the shares are out of escrow, 28th Feb.

I enjoyed the roast, but mainly the GGP section featuring Sean Day, very happy about the first months production from Telfer!

Anyway, TM1s share of CRML is worth considerably more than BTs quoted $3.2m, it's more like $7m as it stands looking at the pre market price on nasdaq.

The 28th Feb onward will be very interesting indeed.

I believe the end customer is European lithium, they own 75% of crml, and they are using part of that holding to pay for Leinster.

Essentually when shares come out of escrow, tm1 will have the lions share after paying off Chang Turkmani and GBML. Yes there will be three groups looking to offload shares, that's assuming everyone wants to sell immediately. Not definitely the case, who knows what their plans for their allotment of shares are, we will have to wait and see!
