Looking into who else holds CRML shares, Rimbal, the original owners of Tanbreez accepted 8.4 million CRML shares as payment for 42.5% of Tanbreez, no mention of a lock in period in the news release. CRML also have the option of increasing their stake to 92.5% in Tanbreez, leaving Rimbal with a 7.5% stake.

Rimbal, are CRMLs biggest share holder according to the release. I don't think they will be "dashing for the exit" seeing as they won't want to spite their JV partner, developing the mine that they will eventually retain a stake in.

Your opinion, not fact. As I've said below, there are a fair few catalysts that could create the market for orderly selling.

Also, You have no idea what GBML and Chang Turkmani will do with their allotted shares. There's no saying they will sell down immediately...

Perhaps the lock in period, was put in place to enable them to get their PFS or DFS to market, ahead of anyone selling down... Conjecture but adds up.

May also encourage some to hold if it's the precursor to a fully fledged lithium mine... Anyway, enough conjecture for one evening!

CCL sold because Alex Stanbury needed 250k to enable the share subscription, so working capital and moneys to pay off outstanding debt could be raised from certain investors.

You either just don't understand this, or are deliberately repeating the same misnformation.

Conjecture at the moment as I have not seen actual evidence myself, but apparently the feasibility study for Wolfsburg is due in March, I am unsure if this is the pre feasibility study or definitive feasibility study, either way these are both landmark events in the making of a mine. The latter, definitive feasibility study is a precursor to the official decision to mine, if that were the case I think CRML could go on a tear. Further to that, there are still 40 outstanding assays to come in from Tanbreez in Greenland, the first one hit the mother load, a rarity in mining to hit on the first hole. If the others come in good, this will also positively effect the SP and volume, especially with all of the interest in Greenland at the moment, stemming from the Trump administration. I don't think we are going to have any issue utilising the funds when they become available.

You may be getting confused with the sale agreed at 90% of the closing price before the binding heads where signed. This just meant at that moment in time 90% of the SP multiplied by number of shares equated to $10m . It essentially fixed the number of shares to be transfered, but it could go either way value wise. Thankfully for us, it's looking like they will be worth more than when the original binding heads where signed, so the portion left over after paying GBML and Chang Turkmani should be worth more than the £3.1m nett to us offered as an estimate in the end of year accounts.

Yes but at the Time Mike, the CRML share price was between $5-6 dollars. It's now over $8, so the value of the remaining 950k shares is greater, more like the 4-5m quoted by others below.

I still think it unlikely an MM would facilitate the forward selling when there is not a reasonable time frame for the shares to be issued, still 3 months away. By which time the landscape may have changed considerably, and Atlas could very well be out of play if the bullish case plays out here, and CRML combined with revenue allows meaningful debt repayment. You did illustrate a convuluted way that an MM could allow the forward selling, whilst protecting themselves but it seemed a bit of a reach to me. The current selling is also not characteristic of Atlas, they normally pan the share price. The current selling vs buying has kept the SP between 0.11 and 0.13, very orderly. This also illustrates, I think, that we have a group of very motivated buyers.

I don't think the current selling is anything to do with Atlas, they have not issued any conversion notices, and no new shares can be admitted to trading via that route until May.

The shares being sold in large tranches to J Swann and others yet to be known, I think have come from the share issue by Alex Stanbury. Can't be that many left now.

Around 43m in purchases over 1m shares today. Very flat SP and not moving to the lows, being held between 0.11 and 0.13

If the remainder of the shares sold by AS are with Mms, perhaps 150m left or so. If our buyers continue could be clear in a couple more trading sessions.

A heck of a lot of shares have changed hands over the last week. I don't think those buying big at the moment are your average mug punter, very consistent buying taking another 76m shares and apparently willing to buy a lot more on open market.

Great news from India, that should sort out TGS code issue out with LOHUM.

Confirms what I said previously, business is concluded between European lithium and TM1, just GBML to confirm, hopefully find that out Monday.
