The rns came out that day, it says nothing at all about the shares being admitted that day. It says "upon admission" which subsequently was the 21st

The rns of the issue was on the 15th, they were not admitted to trading until the 21st, how can he be in receipt of shares that have not yet been admitted....

Note the word, immediately, which he did and we saw as I've said repeatedly as after hours late reported sell at 0.001p as agreed.

The shares were admitted from 21/01, that evening late reported sales, round numbers equating to 448m at 0.01p, those shares were sold immediately as agreed at the agreed price. 168m went to Swanny, the rest to Mms clearly, and they have since been sold on.

The instos that took on the CCL shares did not need to declare holding as they just dumped them.

We saw sales amounting to the subscription shares at a price of 0.01 shortly after the rns, late reported. So Alex did indeed sell them as stipulated by the rns, that was followed by Swannys Tr1 and the subsequent enormous volume over the last two weeks.

And I don't believe Atlas are selling or able to sell at the moment. You'd know if they were as we'd have already been panned back to 0.001

No, material information has to be reported, to withold would be market abuse.

With CRML shares in hand and the TFS plus more feedstock deals 1-1.5p

And Recyclus revenue will have gone up with more gatefees, libox etc.

TFS landing shortly will also close that gap further.

So CRML have a lithium mine about to go into production, and a high grade resource rich in rare earth materials, in Greenland, they are about to vote for independent and open the door for Trump and US investment.... And you think the CRML share price will stay here or go lower. Looking forward to the next couple of months!

Ignore the noise, the sells I'm almost certain, are not Atlas, it's the traders exiting at a loss to rainbow chase elsewhere, they will be back.

Proof will be in the pudding, CRML will likely recover this afternoon, I expect the Greenland news will bring buyers back.

Plus we've got the best part of a month for Tm1 to get more positive news to market before our CRML shares come out of escrow.
