Agree there Dusty, grant funding, assays, and two DFS's expected soon.

I think it's a combo of long term holders miffed with placing, and a short position causing a bit of a stampede. It doesn't take much to swing the price either way, we've seen it jump up a couple of dollars in a trading session, it's perfectly capable of doing the same the other way.

If the short keeps going I think it will go lower still, hopefully they cover soon.

Interesting thanks BT, although 2% is 370k shares, with little buying that being sold down will have helped the decline and probably sparked a snowball of selling.

Be interesting to see what happens.

If this is just retail investors shorting, it will turn quickly when they close. Brutal to watch but Nasdaq is volatile.

I suspect a positive rns from CRML will quickly arrest the fall.

The position being so small, only 2% makes me think it is just chancers taking advantage of the news vacuum there, and following the coat tails of the recent raise that was not well received.

We will see.

Amusing you are trying to appear superior without posting any credible knowledge as to why you think crml is fundamentally overvalued and is only worth $1 a share. Just condescending waffle with nothing to support your argument. Get off your high horse and add some substance to what you are saying and perhaps you'll be taken seriously. Leave the bear case to the likes of BT who at least substantiates his arguments.

A short position decimating a share price does not detract from the true underlying value of a large mineral resource....

Question is, who is shorting it, under 3% so won't be reported. And why, perhaps just blood in the water, or perhaps a hostile takeover bid, would make sense in the setting of a rare earth material trade war with aggressive US interest, European lithium could be having their pants pulled down.

Need this short position on crml to close, it's absolutely obliterating it at the moment.

Blue skies, debt free, cash flow positive. A long way to go for that to happen....

I don't know if over 1p will happen anytime soon, but I think a recovery to around 1p could occur if:

Crml recovers

Atlas stay put until May

The cln defaulted payments are brought up to date

The TFS lands

We get more feedstock deals with big names, soon.

We start shipping 100 tonne or more everymonth

Lots of ifs, if these things don't happen, then the SP is almost definitely going to 0

Its a recovery play, a big gamble, but I think from current prices there is money to be made, hence me averaging down and taking the risk. But not for the faint hearted!

Then applied for the tfs, that's where it has fallen over. We use kemler codes to classify hazardous material, our codes classify black mass as hazardous waste I believe. India do not use the same coding system as us, and strictly do not allow the import of anything classified as waste. Due to this misalingment the TFS has not been granted and I can't see it materialising anytime soon until a solution to that problem is found.

What lohum or Glencore do with it once we've sold it, is of no consequence to us.

Our job is to sell it them, once they have it, as far as I'm concerned they can snort it for all I care.

And WKW I have repeatedly explained to you why the Lohum TFS has not materialised, we class black mass as waste, India does not allow import of waste as they are already the world's dumping ground. Until that situation is resolved we cannot send them black mass. Glencore do not have that issue, receiving black mass to Germany the codes align so it should be more straightforward.

I am not guessing. FOI request confirmed TFS applied for around the time of the Glencore rns. Also confirmed average 12 week time frame barring any issues. Like those we have witnessed with the Lohum deal. All being good, we should get the TFS in March.

0 pence is unlikely, the TFS for Glencore should be here in March, coupled with Crml and more feedstock deals we should see a recovery whilst Atlas are paused.

I'd imagine the account will be brought up to date with crml funds and the remaining 1.6m should be converted and dumped at a higher price. Just need the news to drop between now and May when I expect that is going to happen. Could very well be back to 1p by then.

Crml will likely recover, it does appear it's being shorted at present, hopefully those will close when positive news flow resumes.

2% with low liquidity could do plenty of damage IMHO. Need some news to force them to close.

I googled CRML short position, and it appears there is one and it has increased through January to 2% of free float. Explains downwards pressure.

Hopefully Mole can shine some light soon with the FOI request to the EA regarding the Glencore TFS
