My thinking is, the GBML and Tsxv approval, both of which now have been granted were the last major hurdles, so an MM may be inclined to facilitate forward selling. I would think there is also a sense of urgency to secure the funds to pay creditors ahead of time, so makes sense.

Whilst CRML have 80m shares total, most are restricted, public float is only 17m, a lot of damage can be done selling down $2.86m as we have witnessed.
