BT am I reading it wrong or something, the loan notes have been extended to Nov 25. Indeed 2 of those are now accruing higher interest.

Its not in the note holders interest for the business to fail, one of those note holders is Jonathan Swann, he holds the 1.7m note I believe. Being such a large share holder I think he's probably got no choice but to be patient, I'd imagine the others are in the same boat.

Atlas are still the main concern, they have appeared inactive despite your insistence that they wouldn't be.

I suspect the bod are also trying to negotiate a repayment plan there also. See paragraph:

Going Concern

The Company has drawn down £2.5 million out of a £5.5 million convertible loan facility, of which at the date of this report £0.8 million has been converted into ordinary shares. The Company has other borrowings and has agreed settlement terms for most of the amounts outstanding and (believes it will do so for the remainder.)

Last line, seems they are also seeking the same from Atlas.

During the reported period the Company re-negotiated a schedule of repayment of interest and principal with the holder of the 4 July 2023 £500,000 convertible bonds ("CLN's"), the 31 August 2023 £700,000 convertible bonds and the £1,700,000 convertible bonds issued in the previous year. Conversion option was terminated for all three loan facilities and re-payment term extended until November 2025. Fixed rate interest for the first two CLNs above was increased from 12% to 15%.

Extended to Nov 25. These not being converted is potentially a good thing, less dilution if operations do ramp up enough for Recyclus to start repaying it's debt to Tm1, now at 9m due to accrued interest.

Hopes to be profitable by the end of the year, and rightfully not putting any time lines on things, learning from previous mistakes.

The main focus now should be feedstock, Glencore will take as much black mass as we can sell them. We know we have AA, Beryl, Halfords, Ocado and an un-named OEM sending feedstock, amongst other smaller adhoc suppliers.

Be interested to see the short interest, steadily increased from January. Last reported 28/02 as 5% of free float. Would imagine it's increased to keep on stifling any rise and achieving new lows.

As of March 25, 2025, the market value of a tonne of black mass (a key component in battery manufacturing) is around $5,758 (EXW NA) in North America, with Asian demand driving up prices.

Plus 2k a tonne gate fees, with 48% or recovery you can work out the tonnage required. I will stress again, 20 tonnes minimum, it will likely be more. So another approx 80k in gate fees on top of the revenue from selling BM. Plus li boxes. Looking much better. Feedstock contracts are also far more meaningful now.

This is likely conservative to allow for slower months, but to also give flexability, if other off takers come to market.

First load gone, the rest to be picked up by beginning of April, ongoing contract with a minimum supply of 20 tonne. I suspect it will be that or more every month depending on feedstock availability.

Confirmed lorry loads of OEM batteries being delivered... Lots of feedstock now from a car maker and ocado... I'll be back to full steam when we have something to talk about, and not just going around in circles.
