I am not worried about the current SP after the raise, if will gather steam again now the raise has completed and they can move toward production.

The crml placing was just a means to an end to enable production at Wolfsburg, and further exploration and development at Tanbreez. Once the market has digested that, I think CRML will rebound nicely.

Be interested to see what the pre-market price is later today.

Greenland is seperate, in a JV and they are still in the exploration stage establishing the resource. First assay was very positive.

It's crml's asset and is close to production. It's what part of the raise today was for, capex to take it into production after DFS next month.

Also, perhaps previous owners did not have the means to raise capex for all of the prelimary work, and the final hurdles.... That we are witnessing now.

Its common for larger outfits to acquire assets once some ground work has been done to establish a resource.

Because lithium ion technology was not a thing in 1981 or if it did exist even remotely the demand is not what it is today, used in everything from electric tooth brushes, phones, vapes and cars....

The demand has never been greater.

Some simple goodle searches will show you the grade is indeed high, and very economical. And finds as big as 10.9mt near surface are not massively common either.

I don't know what the AISC is and am too tired to dig into it now but will try and have a look tomorrow.

Early stage, is discovery stage.... Not pre production awaiting an imminent DFS and decision to mine.

As mentioned they are open stoping too, does not require much capex... Just drill, blast and extract large chunks of ore for refining.... Expecting to produce first ore this year, so will be cash generative.

And as Troajan has highlighted, it is highly economical.

Just researched the mining method being employed, long hole open stoping, quick easy and cheap!

Not like the enormous decline and block cave mining at GGP!

Buried treasure, previous owners of Wolfsburg completed a PFS and have delivered an MRE, mineral resource estimate for the uninitiated of 10.9 million tonnes of lithium, with an estimated 10+ year mine life. Development had continued since then under CRML with investment from the likes of BMW.

The DFS will provide measured and indicated resource estimates, and will likely upgrade that figure. Due next month and as I've said is the final stage before mining operations can commence. This 22.5m raise will be in aid of that.

That is not an early stage mine my pedigree chum.

BT wolfsburg is not early stage, they are about to release the definitive feasibility study, that is a precursor to the decision to mine, Wolfsburg has been in development since 2020 I believe, no EIS required so once the DFS is in they can start building the mining infrastructure. Yes that will require capex, how much is dependant on what type of mining methodology is employed.

I don't think Tanbreez is that early stage either, and is also a shallow deposit, only 40m below surface, that could just be an open pit mine....

Either way I am not worried about the placing, and I'm pretty sure we are clear of the submission shares as the SP was allowed to rise before the panic selling set in.
