CLG will be calling in the debt tm1 owe them next month, it clearly states in the RNS CCL are selling to enable them to finance future loans to the Company (TM1) and it's associates.

I envisage that CCL will loan TM1 the money to cover the debt to CLG, that will be one CLN dealt with.

Then, Atlas via selling CRML shares.

Just in, Alex has raised 250k for working capital via a share issue, shares to be sold at the same price to certain investors.

Further indicates that he is doing everything he can to keep the ship afloat.

"CCL has informed the Company that the reason for sale was to help enable it finance any future loans to the Company, or its group or associated companies."

He's not just selling for no reason, possibly to pay back money owed to CLG from his own pocket. Good form, if so.

Don't mind Alex selling more if it's means to an end, it will all come out in the wash.

I'll give you that one, in the offtake agreement rns it does not say 12 months, but in the interview following it RB and AS state it is a 12 month contract.

I'm sure Glencore have it all Figured out Wkw, they wouldn't have agreed to take black mass via the channel tunnel in the not to distant future, to Germany, if they didn't have an end destination for it.

Another fact for you, the TFS for this was applied for late 2024, more information gleaned from freedom of information requests to the EA. We also know, Germany use the same Kemler code for waste as the UK, so the same issues shouldn't be encountered, so the 12 week waiting time, again informed officially to us by the EA, should be more reliable.

Mid March, but it could be sooner. By which time I hope we've seen more Feedstock deals from automotive companies, and we have the crml shares in hand.

TM1 own 48% of Recyclus, so it is directly related, as much as you keep trying to insist otherwise.

And if it goes well, I think most expect that to continue.

I agree that the black mass refining in house would be an enourmous investment...

But, I believe the business can become profitable just producing the unrefined material and selling on to refiners like Glencore in the meanwhile, alongside the other side business like Li-Boxes, the mobile recycling unit etc

Huge investment was required for Li-cycle and I believe that has only survived thus far as it is propped up by Glencore.

Personally I'd like tm1/Recyclus to stick to what they are good at, and let others invest in the refining technology, perhaps when it is more common place and cheaper, it could be an avenue to go down.

The only way I see it working nearer term (next 5 years) is a large JV, where the partner takes on the capex for a large portion of Recyclus, or perhaps a buyout if there are 3 plants up and running, but who knows!

TFS delayed due to difference in classification of waste, India does not allow waste in, it has to be classified as a product. Until this aligns the Lohum deal will continue to be delayed. Otherwise, it should be a 12 week wait, as confirmed by the EA via freedom of information request, that I also posted here.

Glencore will come in before lohum. By a fair margin.

CCL (Alex) is selling a portion of shares, likely to cover debt.

Saying the crml share price will be $3 is baseless, they have a huge lithium mine in Austria and very high grade rare earth material find, Tanbreez in Greenland, the US interest there will continue to enthuse the market. More official news from CRML on progress of these projects could drive the SP even further.

BT, I'm interested to hear if your opinion will change on the investment case here, if CRML shares are made available 28th Feb? Supposing the Trump induced bull run also keeps the price up too, and there is then enough value, and liquidity to realise it.
