No they don't, no conversion notices, and no ability to issue more shares without special resolution.

They may have had 406m from the last subscription.

Most of which I suspect they have shifted by now.

They potentially have billions to shift at current SP if we get to a point where TM1 still hasn't sorted their sh*t out, and can issue more shares. But as it stands, as you well know they can't.

No conversion notices since January.

Just this and GGP for me dusty. LTH at ggp since 2020. That's my golden goose, between me, my dad and brother we have a significant family holding. Tm1 is my gamble, and despite everything I do enjoy the back and forth here and will enjoy victory if it comes my way. I am the financial masochist that Buried treasure so often describes, and have a very low average, it won't take much for me to see profit here at all, how much or little depends on crml and Recyclus. So I'll keep rolling the dice, much to the bears lament.

Major share holders are also locked in, I think we are about 60 days into the 180 day lockin period announced a couple of months ago. So the only shares available are the 18.5m in the free float, with continued good news it would be insane to try and maintain a short position.

Crml applied for DOD funding in January, the deadline for that is 30th June 2025.

If that comes in on top of the recent $120 LOI from Exim I think it will do well.
