I think it would be prudent to get two months under the belt, before announcing break even.

Would be a bit silly to announce that then the next month fall short.

As I said, next news, I'd expect something soon after a month long hiatus.

If they report on anything and everything, why didn't they report on April's black mass delivery, even if it was the minimum 20 tonnes eh? Your negative view will be that they perhaps couldn't even supply that.

As I said previously, all speculation and none of us can say anything confidently until we get official news to discuss.

Until we've had the next news I don't think anyone can confidently say Recyclus is break even or not.

My feeling is, if they've managed to keep the output at over 100 tonnes a month for the last two months, then they may be about to announce just that. If not, then yes they are still burning capital at an unsustainable rate.

Secondly, I spoke to Swanny last night, he's not out, still holding 78m shares and intends to keep them, he rightly pointed out he's still the largest private investor in the Co.

This is all just opinion from both sides until we have official news to discuss.

I have a significant holding thanks 4k, I am not pumping, simply stating facts from RNS and what has been said in interviews (for what they are worth) I always entertain the negative views and engage in debate.

On numerous occasions I have stated my position, I have a high risk appetite, I enjoy a gamble, I am not blind to the fact TM1 holds all the debt, and has been a funding vehicle to protect Recyclus at all costs. I am not blind to the mismanagement. I have averaged down considerably because despite that, I believe Recyclus is sound, and if they can pull it off I stand to make a lot more money than I would lose. So I will keep rolling the dice.

Also Jeoff, to deliver 111 tonnes of black mass, theyd have to process approximately 222 tonnes of material.

And we know from interviews the average gate fee is around 2k a tonne, you are right, some guess work is required. If they've managed to do similar for the last two months I wouldn't be surprised to read break even at all.

As for what you said about the plant being dead, I've seen several videos and pictures from investors who've swung by recently and seen the plant a hive of activity, blue barrels of black mass being loaded, and an artic waiting to leave at goods out....

I suspect we will get an update in June on how much has gone since. As they are contracted to supply a minimum of 20 tonnes a month.

We've had a month long news vacuum following the recent subscription. I thought all the recent selling was down to Atlas dumping the 406m shares they were given as payment for defaulted interest, although this made no sense to me why they would do this, when the shares were issued at Par value, why sell them for less. Anyway, turns out it was a very disgruntled Tr1 holder throwing in the towel, he's had multiple disagreements with the bod, and most recently was shunned from the Agm as he didn't get his ticket in time, I suspect this was a final FU to them from him. Have to admit though, taking such a loss seems like cutting your nose to spite your face.

The accounts are always late for Recyclus, I suspect they will materialise in June, I also expect a significant operational update outlining the current state of play.

Maybe even break even, or profitability.

Anyone who's done the slightest bit of research will see you are talking absolute rubbish Jeoff.

A few points on the debate below.

Yes the accounts are delayed, same as last year, and I think the year before that. Not great but isn't a definite signal of end game as some are suggesting.

On the point "when Recyclus goes bust"

Its now undeniably generating a large amount of revenue, and the negative posters seem to keep forgetting TM1 still has around £1m quid in crml shares, and there is plenty of volume there currently, and has been for some time.

The fact that they haven't had to sell those yet suggests perhaps Recyclus can now support itself. And the recent subscription was to pay directors and pay debt, not for working capital.

I think 111 tonnes of black mass at 2-3k a tonne, plus 2k a tonne gate fees, you'd need approximately double the tonnage to produce 111 tonnes of BM, plus Libox rental. Working on the lower, conservative BM figure that's over 600k that's not including libox rental.

And they are without a doubt shipping black mass to Glencore as confirmed by rns, 111 tonnes. They didn't so that for free did they haha. Cash generative. End of.

They have an offtake agreement with Glencore, have delivered 111 tonnes of black mass so far that we know of. And have multiple large contracts for recycling batteries, taking gatefees to do so. We also know there are multiple contracts for their liboxes, one being with the Mod. So yeah, I'd say we do know they are cash generative.

Oh and the recent rns from CRML included a 180 day lock in for the two main holders, free float is currently 18m shares.

The share price did indeed fall off a cliff, but there's been plenty of liquidity and around £1m in value that could be realised if needs be. There is 5% short position suppressing any rise there, but if the recent delegation including Drew Horn, the CEO of Greenmet, visiting Tanbreez last week, amounts to funding being secured I'd imagine those shorts will finally close.

We also know Recyclus is cash generative, how much so is yet to be seen as we don't yet know the tonnage of May's delivery.

The accounts being delayed is of concern, but in light of the above I doubt it's because they can't pay the audit fee.
