My continued gamble here is that I think we will see a full quarters production from Recyclus end of June / early July, perhaps announcing profitability alongside the accounts being released. That'd be a touch after this horrendous news vacuum, and something I think the market would react to in a very positive way.

A creditor took 406m shares as payment. There have been no more conversions from Atlas since January. Atlas could have shut tm1 down when the market cap fell below 5m last year. They didn't, and relinquished that right for a year and a day. The clns outside of Atlas have been renegotiated removing the conversion element. And tm1 have 3 years to repay the £1.69m outstanding balance. Conjecture but I suspect the 406m shares were to settle the defaulted interest payments.

If Recyclus has finally got it's act together things could change very quickly.

Equally, if they haven't, my gamble falls flat on its face and both Tm1 and Recyclus are up sh*t creek along with both sets of share holders.

Only a few more weeks and we should find out! I look forward to some actual news so we can perhaps finally establish a winner and loser in this eternal debate 😂

Without knowing what Recyclus have delivered to Glencore over the last 3 months, nobody knows what the state of play is, until we receive actual news via RNS everything posted below by Jeoff and the like is just conjecture. Assuming they've delivered nothing and the wheels have fallen off entirely.

Five capital was dissolved in 2021, United capital has nothing to do with RB or AS.....

If Recyclus hasn't been able to support itself, you can bet TM1 would have sold CRML and cashed in the £1m quid sat there to keep it going. If they had done that, they would absolutely have to RNS it.

You are correct, no idea on tonnage etc at present, we need the late accounts and an update on the last two months production to gauge the state of play.
