Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the UK's pioneering firm in establishing a circular economy for battery metals, is pleased to announce that its 48.35% owned battery recycling business, Recyclus Group Ltd ("Recyclus"), has signed a 12-month contract with a global industrial group to recycle lithium-ion ("Li-ion") batteries.

Under the terms of the agreement, end-of-life Li-ion batteries will be recycled at Recyclus' industrial scale battery recycling plant in Wolverhampton. Recyclus will receive gate fees for receiving the Li-ion batteries and revenues from the sale of recovered material including black mass.

This contract is the latest in a series of new customer wins, reinforcing the strength of Recyclus' cradle-to-cradle Li-ion battery recycling solution and its growing reputation within the industry. Recyclus will build on this success to strengthen its position as a leading provider of recycling solutions for the growing challenge of battery waste from the increasing use of industrial and consumer Li-ion batteries.

Alex Stanbury, CEO of Technology Minerals and Director of Recyclus, said: "Securing a 12-month contract with a global major which has the potential to generate revenues of up to £2 million is a significant milestone for Recyclus. This is our largest contract win to date and further highlights the strong momentum and commercial traction achieved in recent months.

The April, read the RNS, largest contract to date. £2m in value. That's feedstock.

We are likely selling a lot to Glencore now, and I suspect that news is just around the corner. Initial load 111 tonnes. £2m feedstock contract secured since then. Alex on record saying he expects to recycle 5000 tonnes this year, that was June. Do the maths, how many tonnes a week would that equate to?

The price only really matters when you want to sell, and with the momentum being created by the US interest, CRML will likely be worth more when we come to sell it, than the original value of the deal. I am fairly confident it will be $10 or more by year end.

Not convinced that's a sale wkw. Can't get a quote for over 0.517 for 4m shares.

2024 assays will drop next for crml, I think that will kick it over $5.

Then early August DOD funding, I think end of August we could be $8-$10 dollars, the latter is over £6m to tm1. Throw in Recyclus cash positivity and the turn around here will be absolutely explosive, recovery play of the year.

Crml will be starting their summer drilling campaign at Tanbreez imminently. But the big news will be DOD funding, the CEO recently said he expected to release that news early August.

Wkw likes to compare us to Li-cycle, a very different beast that focuses on refining black mass, not the initial extraction and sale of the raw material.

Apples and oranges. Anyway, I look forward to the news that finally proves the point.

I think it will be end of Month or early August personally. If they've got to break even in July they likely want to get the loads delivered before making the announcement.
