To add to the theorisation below regarding recycling 5000 tonnes of batteries this year, and the associated sales. Working on £2k a tonne gate fee, and £2k a tonne sales to Glencore, that would generate about £30m in revenue or there abouts. The plant has the capacity to recycle 22k tonnes a year so the upside potential is huge. Two big household names on the books now, JLR and Glencore. All to play for.

Yes they owe Jonarhan Swann £1.7m with 15% interest.

In total Recyclus owes TM1 £9m for loans provided.

This is how I see things playing out, once Recyclus announce profitability (shortly IMHO) and CRML reaches higher valuation, TM1 and Recyclus should be able to revisit the RTO. I think at that point the Co will opt to use CRML to repay debt, or a combination of repayment through sales of black mass and CRML.

No, I think they'd be mad to sell them in the current climate. Recyclus will be able to pay it's way soon, crml will underpin the value of TM1.

I think by the end of August crml will be worth $10 share following the DOD funding.

And yes they do have money, at today's price nearly £3m, and guess what, it will be worth a lot more after CRML gets department of defense funding in about 2 weeks time. MP materials did 94% on that news last week and that's a double digit dollar share price.

And, Recyclus are very shortly going to announce break even, I feel it in my bones. 🚀

Atlas will just be paid off once profitable.

There will not be any more conversions, we physically cannot issue the shares even if they did issue a conversion notice without a special resolution and a vote from shareholders.

I will say it again, we could pay them the balance of £1.69m today and have some change with CRML at current value.

So Recyclus is up and running with what, less than 100m total investment, considerably less intact, and it can recycle 1 3rd of what Li-cycle can do, with a fraction of the investment. 400k a month operating cost or there abouts?

And you don't think with 200 tonne a week going through the crushers, at 2k a tonne gate fee, plus 2k a tonne sales of black mass, that the business will be profitable?
