Just a quick message of support ,bucolic. anyone familiar with your posting history on here and in particular as petroc on advfn, will realise how ludicrous the posts alleging you are a paid deramper re. imo,anyone who has done well out of fum in recent times, owes you a significant debt of gratitude for your heroic efforts in fighting the good fight against the trolls. to suggest otherwise is simply risible. changing you view of prospects now, in light of the current circumstances and the recent development, is entirely reasonable.

Kdonkey, what makes you think LO are"still"selling? they have only had 1/2% movement margin for some time now, so i don't see how they could have been selling down in any real volume for any extended period.perhaps im not looking at it the right way,but i personally don't think that is the reason for the static s/p.much more to do with your other points, with which i do agree.

Morning all.agree that we should get china approval(all being well of course)within next15/18 month and perhaps slightly sooner.should hear confirmation of NDA submission by or shortly after end of september. re FDA, i'm getting more concerned as time passes without news of the SPA.i assume that if they had reached agreement we would be told immediately as it would be good news which the would want to disseminate(unless the requirements are too onerous to attract a third party?).so either they have failed to reach agreement(which they probably wouldn't announce specifically,but just include in some periodic update)or else they are still discussing.just speculation and could be wrong,but concerning that time goes on with nothing being said.just on DLI,i assume they don't formally announce these tie ups as they are simply not material.that said,i am mildly encourage(i emphasise mildly)by the fact that we have had 3 in quite short order.perhaps there will be some material benefit eventually in aggregation.i imagine these developments are down to our very own Deep,and i hope that perhaps they may now have someone in that division who actually has some vision and drive.what they really need ,imo,is some tie up with a life company or actuarial body, as that could actually move the needle.will it ever happen,who knows! anyway, regardless of what has been happening, less that a month now till half year results, so some news by then no doubt.

Well no news yet. monday will be interesting to see if we get news and whether the s/p holds.goes up or falls back down (yes I've finally got the hang of this investing malarkey!).see if it's just a momentum play, or whether, as we hope, there is some substance behind it.

Morning bignose.yes,will be interesting to see if the rises do presage some positive news. i suppose the china submission is a given,so if it is positive news on the SPA i would be very pleased,as it might just lead to a US partner to carry it through,which would,i hope give the s/p a significant boost.not holding my breath on the SPA though,so more likely anticipation of china news. we shall see.

Afternoon bignose.just got in from a tennis tournament with older grandson,so only just seen the rise.nice to see the s/p have an 8 at the beginning.but as you say,low volume again.could well be anticipation of china news,but anybody's guess as you suggest.still even a small bit of positivity is welcome.

Doubt it means anything,bothwell.in old money about 2.7 m shares traded,which would equate to about £10k,i think.(I've done the arithmetic in my head so apologies if completely wrong).there were a couple of small buys at 0.74 and 0.77 respectively ,but nothing of any substance.does perhaps indicate how s/p could move on any real news,but of course,we don't ever get any! somewhat apprehensive about the continued lack os SPA news.has it all gone pear shaped? let's hope not. all just my opinion.
