good question.just ask yourself with brutal honesty how many times on these boardshave you seen the suggestion that the sp is being deliberately held down to facilitate some unspecified purpose contrary to the interests of private investors.how often has to been shown to be true?to my mind it is almost invariably a panglossian rationalisation for poor share price performance with absolutely no foundation in fact.im not suggesting it never happens but i personally cannot recall any obvious examples .in my view you need to look at more concrete reasons for the dire s/p movement.just my opinion.im not invested but personally i would not pin my hopes on buyouts etc.apologies in advance if I'm wrong but at moment id be looking at two things.headset numbers and quality of artists being presented.im almost 70 so not really able to comment meaningfully on the latter but liam payne is imo second grade material at best despite his apparent numerous followers.its simply not headline news.hope thing improve for you s/p wise

interestingvarticle themis.i can see both sides of the mobile phone argument but the disappointing headset sales comments would for me seem to give it a nudge in the "in favour "direction.just my opinion and I'm not invested so just watching developments with interest.

looks like it.all very odd.i have been looking at another board which i used to post on and there is a raft of complaints regarding post removals today so perhaps we are experiencing some policy or administrative shift from lse.pretty obvious who MR is/was so perhaps his past has returned to haunt him.couldnt see anything in his recent posts or indeed his older ones to warrant removal

no news or press coverage to my knowledge so far.my intention is still to e mail recordati IR at end of month to say i understand that a "relaunch"has taken place is that correct?is there going to be any publicity of any kind etc?any update on other countries etc?will post any reply.if anyone has seen any local UK publicity hopefully they will post.

perfectly tenable viewpoint LowiePete.i suppose my worry would be that it may simply take too long for the headset uptake and the technology improvements to reach levels necessary for the companys long term viability to be reached.just a concern and certainly not saying i think that is going to be the case but i might feel more comfortable with the prospect of some mass market penetration.just my opinion and perfectly happy to see differing views.

yes mazda i thought the prospect of some development into mobile phones talked about a little while ago was extremely interesting simply from the point of the potential user base as highlighted by you.i am not currently invested and so haven't been following recent developments that closely but any news of mobile developments would certainly rekindle my personal interest.still think there is huge potential here

the midatech RNS this morning re FDA response (unfortunately for holders there in the negative) was posted at 7.0am our time.my own view which i understand is not shared by some is that we will hear before the 13thbut have no real basis for saying this other than the fact that my understanding is that the 13th is the last date for notifying and there are examples of earlier notifications as noted by other posters.either way i shall be happy as long as its an approval.

well its a little odd to see one share on the bid at 41.05 and 205000 on the ask at 39p. was always going to result in uncrossing at 39p but perhaps you have something else in mind intersted in your view
