sorry jimzi don't agree.i am attaching only a modicum of importance to it .im not adopting an investment approach based on it.i am content to draw my own modest conclusions from it just as you are entirely free to disregard it without censure from me.

kelsbells totally agree with that.as LTH all I'm really interested in is a move back to 35/40p.dont agree with jimzy re finding some confidence inducing merit in conferences.of course it won't matter a damn if we don't get approval and the first real indicator of that will be as he suggests the minutes but in the meantime as an indicator of the companys confidence i was mildly.i stress mildly, encouraged by the conference news .

we may not agree with the phrase "constructive regulatory environment" so far as mtfb has been concerned but perhaps the new commissioner may be a source of some modest optimism

well dip stick my take for what its worth is that we have until the last few days been in a pretty relentless downswing.this has (fingers crossed!) come to a halt and this is why i think we have a more solid feel.i accept that without contract or other positive news it may prove difficult to make progress but if the usual aim drift down in the absence of news has been arrested then i do regard that as giving a more solid feel to the situation.its just a feeling from looking at the s/p action over the last few weeks.i don't worry too much over individual trade details as we never really know what is going on or why and how many times for example do we see the excitement expressed over large trades at the end of day etc only to find that the following days trading bears no relation to how such trades have been construed.just my opinion and you may well be proved right if the drift down starts again.

agree with that kittykins.there does seem to be a slightly more solid feel to things now with the sense that the next move will be up .just a feeling and fingers crossed that its correct.

interesting observation kittykins.hopefully it is indicative of good news on its way.time will tell.

oh dear Cr7imy.i see what you mean apologies!still having problems adapting to this decimal system thingy.i grew up with pounds shillings and pence. lol

yes Man from Uruguay a modestly positive day and i was pleased to see the gain largely held into the close(large quoted spread at the end).still need actual news for a sustained rise but i felt the RNS was a modest positive signal which hopefully presages some positive news very soon.

well i hope not King Shott.it was a factual observation. no mention of flying buys or big institutions! however i will be careful in case the condition is contagious.my only excuse is a small degree of excitement at a blue day.

i don't think one can draw any reliable inferences from the reference to taking experts and the number.whatever inferences one draws will be determined by ones attitude to the company and probably personal agenda.for my part i am happy to regard the fact that they have mentioned it and the number as a positive.if they were nervous or diffident they need not have mentioned it at all .the fact that they have to my mind suggests confidence.the suggestion that motif finding the CRL unexpected indicates that they do not know what they are doing is of course risible!

yes keithbfk in all seriousness i expect that is the attitude now of most on this board.im actually only a small % down overall as i sold out entirely at 60cents with a 30% profit but then bought back about 2/3 weeks later with original sum at about 62cents.so after 6 years plus on a strict arithmetical basis I'm a modest amount down but nothing to show for 6 years.i suspect thats a slightly better position than some but if we get back to 60 cents the temptation to exit will be strong.in practice if we get there i would have to assess the situation which had given rise to the increase before deciding finally what to do but joking apart I'm getting on now and have started to lose the appetite for further involvement.let us hope we get the chance to exit(or perhaps even profit)whilst we are still able to enjoy it.gla
