says it all hannibal.i cannot imagine anyone buying in unless its for a pre meeting or pre minutes punt.there is no 2nd pony.that said my personal view is that from the information in the public domain the chances of approval in due course are good.remember no indication at that stage(crl) of need for further trials.doesnt mean there won't have to be any but thats the only public statement we have had and for me everything else is just conjecture until proved otherwise .just my opinion

agree that you cannot tell what are buys and what are sells but for me its encouraging to see an increase in volume. still not great but better than the stagnation of the last few days

not so sure its a question of tarnished reputation.like so many AIM shares this is largely news driven and now that the ramping crew have gone(will they return at some point?) the continuing absence of news is leading to the usual drift down.if we get good news prices reputation will be secondary to the news and indeed presumably restored by the news itself.belief in the tech and its place in the market still leads me to think we will be at a much higher s/p in next few months.aimo

yes I'm afraid its looking a little nervy atm.all the talk of placings has i think negatively affected the positive sentiment prevailing before yesterday.havent seen anything to convince me there is anything in it but its clearly had an impact.imo

ok on a serious note i personally regard a cash call of some sort as pretty much inevitable.not only do they have to meet ongoing running costs but they have to pay the tax bill fairly soon.even if the Venturex holding is used in some way to 'frank" it i would not be surprised if there is some shortfall (hopefully small) so that some liquid funds are going to be required on top of day to day expenses.as you suggest bignose i don't see any payments coming from Fosun in time to prevent this.i wouldn't argue with your figures but we simply don't know where we will be in a couple of months time so its anybody guess.i am not sure how interested mellon is in all this now.His holding is i think now worth something in the region of £10m.he may be prepared to fund in some way but i wouldn't bet on it being done in a way beneficial to shareholders(no criticism of him if so as you don't get to be a billionaire by putting the interests of your fellow man/woman over your own).i think we are entering an extremely difficult period and despite being a naturally optimistic poster i think we are living as the saying goes in uncertain times.the problem is imo that sales are just not taking off in a way which gives investors confidence in the future hence the negative reaction to recent news and the results despite the optimistic and flattering presentation.volume has remained low indicating no real interest from local investors.this could all change but without some form of catalyst like a new licence i don't see this changing and FDA nada is too far down the line to be a significant factor at the moment .sincerely hope I'm wrong but not looking good imo

good man neil!in fairness it wasn't a great interview due mainly i think to poor sound quality.to me it seemed to be aimed more at those with technical expertise/interest and as such made a slightly refreshing change from contracts contracts contracts/yes i know its contracts we want but surely the tech is key to getting them.patience required imo

afternoon bignose.doesnt look like there is anything sinister in the proposed articles changes.i haven't looked at what is "normal" for hk but you will recall the posts re 20%being required which i assumed was a product of the cayman islands incorporation where perhaps 20%was the norm.certainly a lower percentage is the one you come across more frequently so its probably just housekeeping.in one way i see it as a small positive as if they were thinking of going private(as you know this is a concern of mine) they probably wouldn't bother to make the change.not difficult to change of course but some legal fees involved.probably of no significance at all as I'm just musing.

have to agree with Yanis.personally no expert on the technicals but there does seem to be a head of steam building up here and i though todays performance was very strong.

yes pp 7.sensible post.still all down to approval or not but securing the initial funding is a small positive sign(yes i know funders sign up for many reasons not necessarily connected with their view of prospects but in the absence of any evidence to the contrary i think its positive)

no one has any idea how long it will take to get approval or if it can be secured.it may take 18 months it may not.a class 1 resubmission has a 2 month consideration time scale.

yes its good news that the placing has been completed and quickly.a poster on ADVFN states that he took part in the placing through his broker but his application was scaled back by 85%.no idea if accurate just reporting what he said.perhaps someone on here can give confirmation if they have had similar experience
