just in case anyone feels i am making light of what is probably for many on here a very worrying and difficult situation let me hasten to say that is not my intention.as a LTH with an average of about 38p and what is/was for me a very substantial holding i am fully aware of the financial repercussions of Valentines day and i hope that all those who have remained invested(as i have) have their perseverance rewarded.for me its all about approval and as each day passes i grow more relieved that we are getting closer to the situation where the endless speculation will be replaced by hard facts.let us hope the facts are those we want to hear

scott what method do you use for predicting the future?crystal ball,cards ,tea leaves or watching the movement of birds?my own preferred method involves counting the number of negative posts and subtracting the positive posts on a share over a predetermined time period.the resulting plus or minus figure is then multiplied by the number of broadly neutral posts in the same period (i have to confess to an element of subjectivity in judging neutrality).a negative score of more than -100 indicates its a buy wheres a positive score of more than 100 indicates sell or avoid.i can send you more details if you like

yes bignose agree the next positive news should be HK and Macau.i expect we shall hear something about the tax payment also in next few weeks but that may not be good news as such.at least we know its coming though.gla

eradicant very interesting take on matters.bod will have a hard job so i expect them to keep very firmly focussed on the formal business but you may well be right that there will be a S/P reaction depending on the views formed by the meeting.

good attempt at sounding reasonable but spoilt by your reference to the nasdaq.what is the point in referring to it now other than to seek to reinforce your determinedly negative assessment of the BOD and the product.do you study people in a professional capacity or is it just a hobby?

not saying it isn't more palatable.im saying to post that it is the only reason for having the Agm on the fixed date is mere supposition on your part.no evidence to support it so why don't you top posting conjecture as though its known fact.you are suggesting that bod have already concluded that the nails are going the coffin which is imo totally unwarranted by information in the public domain.the product /company may well fail but at the moment its just conjecture without basis other than an obvious and increasingly desperate agenda.

i know the speculation around the date of the AGD is in reality pointless but does anyone else feel that the use of the phrase "before the final nail in the coffin is tapped in on the 3rd june "sits a little oddly with some one who is professing to be voicing genuine concerns? it seems to me that it is redolent of someone who has reached an irrefragable conclusion which is not going be swayed by any counter arguments or suggestions.for my part i have no idea why the AGM has been fixed when it has.i very much doubt it has anything to do with possible fears on the part of the bod that they may face hostile questioning at what is after all a purely formal meeting for transacting legally required formal company business.even if it includes a question and answer session it will no doubt be carefully orchestrated and would be unlikely to worry most ceos who are i imagine for the most part reasonably robust individuals well capable of holding their own in a public forum.genuine concerns or agenda driven scaremongering?the choice is yours

dealer i suspect its because the RNS did not contain the longed for news of a contract.i accept that that is what we really need to get things moving and to underpin confidence but that said i actually think today had been moderately(i emphasise moderately)encouraging.a very slight firming of the s/p coupled with some interesting posts from Lakshmi whose involvement here i take as a positive.im actually inclined to agree with Dip Stick in that the RNS/report does at least avoid the more excessive and unrealistic(at least in the short term) claims of the more extreme rampers.to have more modest targets should hopefully encourage those who view this as potentially a longer term prospect than simply the next "spike".lakshmi's chart targets seem perfectly reasonable (i have no charting expertise whatsoever) in scale.we all know that the moment we get anRNS with positive contract news Price will turn from zero to hero in an instant

thats exactly the point marineville.the AGM is not a forum for disseminating price sensitive info.that would have to be done via RNS.the agm is for dealing with the formal business required by legislation to comply with company law.dont expect to hear anything interesting at the AGM.even attending to try and gauge the mood is probably pointless although i wouldn't wish to discourage anyone from attending who wishes to do so.

scott palmer250 i note you use the phrase 'significant dilution" as though it is a quote from the RNS.obviously we can expect some dilution and it may be significant but so far as i can see that phrase has never been used in a formal announcement.if it has please reference it for me as i may have overlooked it.

well pikey i expect that pretty much sums it up for most if not all of us on here.i haven't entirely written things off but I'm pretty close.im reluctant to cash in just yet (FOMO) and i suppose there is a certain morbid fascination to see how things turn out.thinking of calling time on any further AIM or small cap investments though.very hard not to lose money in the long term imo.good luck anyway.
