yes 86DA.my understanding was that the timing of selling decisions was down to the lender.i would however have expected an RNS from motif.probably not particularly important in overall scheme of things as its obviously all down to the report on the minutes now imo.

dougie999 have to agree.cannot see any possibility personally of a takeover until there is hard evidence of sales and real commercial potency .just my opinion and i would be delighted to be proved wrong particulrly if the price is 3x the current s/p but I'm afraid we are not there yet.if we have reasonable sales in the non US territories the situation might well change as the hoped for FDA approval process moves towards completion but thats still a very long way off.

surely the minutes to which a link has been posted are minutes for the meeting held at the end of the initial application process at which of course a decision would be reached.they are not minutes from a post CRL meeting .we are in different territory now.imo
