currently LSE is showing indicative sales of £57k and indicative buys of £46k.we do not know about delayed reporting if any.hardly a major sell off.a couple of largish trades with the largest by far being an indicative buy.nothing has changed today apart from the name.

5Orrell rest assured it was most certainly the AGM.accounts do not have to be presented at the AGM.last year they came out on 17th june,so expect them some time in next 6 weeks or so.a general meeting is required to approve them so one will be held fairly soon after publication(i think 21 days notice is required but haven't checked ).nothing has happened today which wasn't to be expected. there are always unrealistic expectations on AGM day.they are always disappointed .imo key is the name change.why in effect hold a meeting earlier than necessary to approve it.they need to register the name change with company registry and get a new registration certificate but this should only take a day or so.no advice from me though as to what you should do with your shares.

couldn't agree more djp57.there was never going to be anything of interest revealed.the name change is the salient point.now we wait for next step imo.

lowie pete i may have misunderstood your concern here but whenever the annual accounts are presented they will have to be approved by the company in general meeting so we will have exactly the same scope for attending the ordinry general meeting and asking questions etc as we wouldd have had it they were going to approve them at todays meeting. last year the accounts were published on17th june so plenty of time yet for them to come out.i assume they were approved at last years AGM on19th july although i haven't checked.what is interesting is why bring forward the AGM ? why not leave it and have accounts included as would be common, although certainly not obligatory. as we will still have the same scrutiny and approval rights (for what they are worth )at the subsequent appropriate ordinary general meeting i am assuming there must be another reason for bringing the AGM forward .the only reason which seems out of the ordinary is the name change. could be completely wrong and obviously there are other possible reasons but i do wonder if the timing of the name change has some greater significance than it might ordinarily have. probably not but still interesting. apologies if i have missed your point.

tbh you couldn't make this up imo.dont bother with any quarantine measure for weeks (following the sacrostanct scientific advice )and then impose them at a point where they will cause maximum economic damage.some form of national death wish perhaps!

well hobbit i have to agree with you.im not too bothered about the technical glitch whatever it was .its technology and will go wrong .not good but not,imo,as potentially significant as the apparent incursion of supersphere with two artists with whom melody have worked.there may be several reasons for this ,not all of them necessarily bad but it has I'm afraid slightly dampened the encouragement i was deriving from the obviously growing interest over the last few days.it may turn out to be of no long term significance at all.let us hope that is the case.

afternoon.thanks for all the information YHAL.reinforces my initial view yesterday but with a lot more detail and substance thanks.i agree entirely with your comments bunco.my thoughts exactly .im glad we've got lombard with a significant holding although it does puzzle me a bit as to how this would fit in with dbays modus operandi.i don't know when dbay acquired their initial holding (it would have been below reporting requirements )but its perhaps worth noting that romulak was formed in jan 2019 so they cannot have acquired it before then unless some form inter associated company transfer..still not clear as to Sarkasse bank involvement but am trying to look into that a bit further.
