positive performance update RNS out.need to go on london stock exchange site to access. sorry cannot post link as they don't work from that site.looks like things going well!
thanks for that bunco.just guessing but i suspect it has gone to one buyer. its a lot to unload but my guess would be DBay. doubt its lombard since as you say they would have to bid at best price they have paid in last 12 months but i would be surprised if that was their agenda. dbay on the other hand are extremely aggressive and would i imagine be quite happy to increase their position in principle if it helped them exert more control/influence over matter .agree i expect another tr1 to clarify.just my opinion and could be completely wrong.
really excellent news.it would have been a bit worrying if they had not been involved, but i see this as a significant validation of the product and tech.well done to them!
agreed it sucks bad bat.thats why they brought in the company names adjudicator system but obviously hasn't done away with it altogether just made it less profitable i think.anyway shouldn't be any sort of problem which can't be overcome reasonably quickly for modest cost.
bad bat so far as I'm aware there is no method of protecting a company name prior to registration.you cannot register until the name has changed and you have to have the resolution first so the proposal has to be published for a public company to hold the meeting. they could not have prevented it .its different with private company situation. iagree with you re the domain name as this could have been secured and should have been imo before announcement.
bird man from the RNS of8th April "in Europe medical device applications are typically for over the counter status by default" doesn't meant definitely will be, but a clear suggestion.
