you do wonder if this is perhaps a seminal moment in society,s history ,perhaps more significant and more permanent than has yet been appreciated.most of us (including me) have i think assumed that eventually things will return to "normal",although we may have our different views as to time scales.but now i begin to wonder.been looking a photo this morning of a deserted liverpool street station( heart of the city). too early to tell but food for thought.

the actual number of shares held has increased. see borsacs 14.59 post.so its good news that they have bought a few more shares and hopefully thee will be additional news soon to show a widening of the major investor base which i suspect was rosienass's point (apologies RN if it wasn't)

no they have increased. 3,165,282 before todays update.% reduced because of additional shares issued.personally would have thought it was modestly good news. interesting to see what other updates we get.apologies if wrong of course.

and don't forget some of those warrants are only exercisable at a higher s/p that the current one.

hope its just me bunco but i find that very odd.it almost seems to be saying no one is taking it please help us.hope I'm wrong

crusader and bucolic thanks for your feedback on this. as i said in my original post I'm no expert and happy to be corrected .which i have been and i am.bit surprised i had forgotten about the reference on the website as I've read it several times, but i had.the following article explains matters a bit(i don't understand it all)but I'm inclined to agree with what i think is bucolics view.the GRAS categorisation is relevant for the excipients but in relation to the active ingredients the categorisation as such does not apply.of course it will still have to satisfy the regulators on all appropriate safety criteria,but thats some thing which has always been the case.

agreed albert its no big deal really,but aim does tend to exaggerate the effects of individual news items etc.tbh i struggle a bit with some of the logic today.not taking issue with anybody but i would have thought that if i had an option which meant it was my last chance to buy something for 1.2p which was currently worth 4p or 3p or even 2p i would buy it, i exercise the option and then if i thought the share was going down i would sell them.so for me,even someone with a negative view would likely exercise if they could.my take (just guessing of course)is that the 1.2p options have in fact all been exercised over a period (its pretty well impossible for pi s to keep track without access to the share registers etc) or else any unexercised are ones which for some reason can no longer be exercised.just my opinion.

no albert i didn't mean recently,but some time previously.just recall someone suggesting that was the case,but I've no hard facts I'm afraid

albert i think someone did post a day or two ago suggesting that some of the warrants had already been exercised before the ris.,don't know if that is the case, but it might explain matters.

problem A1EX is that there is no breakdown of proportions,so hard to judge if it's significant or nor .i do accept though that to exercise any,even a small amount ,at 9p raises questions as to why. can you or anyone set out where the option details for 9p are to be found.ive got a difficult day today in terms of looking and if anyone has this info to hand it would be good.surely the identity of the potential exercisers(s) is important.thnks.

on the 24th july i received an email to say"we will be making an operations update announcement so more information to follow". no indication of date given.

i would agree cureboy, but history has put us at 36p atm. importsant ,therefore, for s/p to get back to 60p plus before T/O starts (if that is what happens of course), otherwise we will be looking at low ball. hope not of course.

agree mel it's balanced and realistic in my view.my point about M/C is really very simple.i imagine an undemanding P/E ratio ,(which is not really a requirement for most companies of this type and at this stage of development anyway).i then think what earnings figure is potentially required to support it and then how many downloads/subscriptions etc, again at a modest figure per item, would be required to produce it.you can come up with any figure you like of course and I'm not going to suggest any, but its a useful exercise imo.

extremely interesting article mel.the best of its kind I've read (although i haven't read that many) .not entirely good news for mvr ,at least at this stage of its development.if I've understood it correctly it seems be suggesting that VR (or at least the individual applications of it) needs to move from "valuable"to "critical" in order to gain mainstream traction, but i suppose we have always known this.its not suggesting it can't or won't,but rather that more work needs to be done and the jury is still out,at least thats my take on it..sounds like smart glasses etc are going to be very significant in the future.would certainly recommend everyone interested should read it.i always think one needs to bear in mind current M/C when evaluating the import of such pieces.current m/c not that high really in the overall theme of things,so plenty of headroom available, imo.

havre to agree with that ferrisc. not taking issue with those who have suggested it, but the hypothesis just doesnt make sense to me .its logical conclusion is that t/o cant happen whilst warrants exist, which is clearly not correct.they just get factored in in the overall figures.the reason for the rise could just be the tip, but imo its something more.just speculation of course.
